They are horrible and try to force you pay for rush shipping after they sent emails for days wasting time. Site lies about shipping and tailoring time. They are not trustworthy and try to scam. I look at it like I dodged a bullet because many have said their dresses dont look right anyway.
We had wonderful service. Ordered this dress for prom and she was gorgeous. Couldn't find anything we liked that was at a reasonable price anywhere else.
I was skeptical about ordering a prom dress from an online vendor but took the risk. The dress was ordered on March 3rd and shipped by March 10th (I paid for a rush delivery). I received questions about sizing measurements and color, which I did appreciate. Because I wasn't sure about the fabric, I ordered one size up from her normal size. I learned the hard way to just order her normal size 4. Due to ordering a size bigger, I had to get it altered a bit. We found a local alteration service to take it in. The dress is gorgeous!
Please do not order from them. I am getting the run around about returning a dress that I provided measurements for that arrived too big.
I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
Lady prom dress came through and saved the my sister didn't have a dress and they came fast with the exact design and perfect size for little sister she looked beautiful
The dress was beautiful was exactly like the picture. The dress came on time. My only issue was the sizing. I sent in measurements and the dress was still to big had to pay to get it altered.Maybe it was me Idk but overall great experience
After speaking with the customer service people several times about the dress they canceled it two days before the date it was supposed to arrive

The shipping time was prefect! They personally emailed for measurements for the dress to fix prefect and the dress fitted wonderfully. I love it the material of the dress was a very good quality.
I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never ordered anything that had to be tailored from an online website. Long story short my purchase process was very easy and the communication was very good. I ordered a dress at the last minute and paid for expedited shipping. The dress actually came before I was supposed to receive it. Please if you're thinking about purchasing from LadyPromDress do not hesitate. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
I was very nervous to order from this company but I'm very happy we did. My daughter looked beautiful in the dress and it was as described. I added a picture the gloves we ordered separately but paired great.
I ordered my daughter a dress for her senior prom, after receiving the dress, the color and everything was different than the dress advertised online. I tried to return the dress only to find out the dress was more expensive to return than the cost I originally paid. The contact number that was given to me was not a working number so I had to communicate through emails, needless to say, I'm still stuck with the dress and had to find my daughter another dress in order for her to even attend her prom. Lesson learned and I would not order from them again and I definitely would not recommend
I measured my daughter for her dress. When received it was too big and too long. I am not sure how it could have been after following the specific instructions on how to take the measurements. I paid more for alterations for the dress than the cost of it.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
The front of the dress is stunning I just ad a problem with the back of the dress stringing it up took up too much time
