The dress I got was super cute and fits great. It has a lot of fabric but I'd imagine that's because the dress is handmade which isn't to bad. I only have to get a few alterations but other than that the dress is very beautiful and fits pretty well

They are full of it the dresses do not look like the pictures and when you take your child to get measurements they try and charge you or them like they did them. Also you can't return because it's gonna cost more then the item to send back. They lie and the cheat you out of your money do not buy from them.

I was worried at 1st purchasing since it is my wedding dress. I hoped for the best and let me say that it is gorgeous. It fit perfect with measurements provided.Great quality and I look forward to wearing it on my wedding day!

I ordered a mermaid prom dress from them and it was horrible. I ask to return and at least half the refund. They refused and told me to go to a local tailor to fix it after paying them $200. Do not buy from them! Save your money shop locally. They are not in the states!

We ordered the Halter Sequins Long Mermaid Prom Dresses 2024 in Lilac. The communication with the seller was very good. They gave instructions of how to take measurements to ensure the dress fits properly. The dress looks exactly like the picture. It doesn't look or feel cheaply made. Shipping was very good as well. We received communication of when the dress was being made and when it was shipped to the expected date to be received. EXCELLENT!

The dress arrived exactly as pictured. Beautiful, high quality and fit perfectly!

Customer service emailed serval times to confirm sizes and delivery date. Shipping was fast and arrived on time.

Purchased a prom dress in the color of champagne. The dress was two toned, champagne at the top and gold at the bottom, specific measurements were provided by a seamstress that measured my daughter and the dress came back 3 to 4 breast sizes to large and 2 to 3 sizes larger in the waistline. When speaking via email, I was told that specific fabric for champagne came in the gold color, nothing was ever mentioned about the incorrect dress measurements and not one penny of a refund was provided for the inconvenience. I would never purchase a dress from this site or advise anyone else to.

If they mess your dress up and you do not get what you paid for, you will have to pay for shipping to return it and then they ask you to lie on the custom form that The value of the dress is only $19.99.

My shopping experience was nice and quick! My daughter is pleased with her dress and we can't wait for the actual day for her to wear her prom dress and she's definitely going to look amazing in it too 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻

This was an easy process. The sizes are exact. We not no problem with anything. The dress was exact from the pic shown. Fits like a glove. The material was thick like a dress should be. Satisfied purchase.

It of course need to be altered but you cannot beat it! And it's partly my fault since i did not pay the custom fee but it arrived at the estimated time and this will be my prom dress i'm extremely happy with this dress i will be ordering again soon!

There was great communication with customer service on confirming key details with my order! I ordered 1 size up just incase I had to alter the dress, however the dress was a perfect fit! Had to get the mesh on front of dress cleaned up a little bit but a little detailing was all that was needed. Love how the confirmation e-mail ask you the date of the event to ensure a timely delivery! 10 out of 10. Definitely recommended.

Very professional & personal about ensuring the measurements are correct. The dress was ordered, made & shipped in a timely manner. I paid for express shipping & the seamstress ensured the dress was right & shipped on time.

It took 14 emails back and forth to get my item shipped.

If i go to a seamstress to have a gown custom made, I expect to have to get measured.

If I am buying a dress online, I expect to select a size, pay, receive my item. This company kept asking (pushing to have items rushed), which I did not need, kept asking for me to send my measurements.

14 emails later, they finally sent dress and the top was very small and could barely fit my torso. Mind you, I am a very average and proportionate body size.
Not a pleasant experience.

I have very disappointed with the customer service and product. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and the email communication was very unprofessional. When ordering my daughters dress, I selected the size and color preferred (confirming this information three different times). I received an email to verify this information, which I confirmed. Then received another email regarding the size and at that point I ended up just providing the custom measurements, paying the additional $16 required. I received the dress, the color was not what I selected, the fabric was not what the website described and I'm quite sure the measurements were not custom. I could not be more disappointed. This is my first and last time ordering a formal gown off of this website or any other website without a personal reference.

The Dress was absolutely stunning, beautiful pink dress, the dress ended up being to big and we ended up getting it tailored right before the event but overall, everything was great, the lady who did my sisters Dress communicated with us through out the entire process! I would most definitely recommend shopping with them!

This was a nice dress, but it was too big. We entered measurements for a custom fit and
It was not right. It was in need of tailoring and the zipper in the back would not lay flat. We ended up getting a new dress instead. With some alterations, this will be a beautiful dress for someone else.
