I would recommend Couture Candy. Found a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding and I measured exactly how they said to measure. Ordering was simple and my dress arrived 6 days later! The communication on where my dress was awesome. They let me know when it was delivered and they followed up with me asking me if I received it. My dress came in a beautiful wrapped box and it was gorgeous. I was nervous to try it on, and it fit perfectly! The only thing is that it is long but I'd rather have it long than short! They told me it would be long 60" and that I may have to have it altered. That's perfectly okay. Love my dress!

I've ordered several try on dresses from different places for my son's upcoming wedding in November, but have never had so much difficulty in the return process. This should be streamlined to be easier for your customers

I trust you to ship this to me in Canada But now I fond it is a bit small. Is this available in size 24 and if yes then how do I exchange it? The idea of customs and such is overwhelming. I mean it is so very expensive and I cant get the import fees back How do I exchange for the next larger size

I needed a formal gown for a last minute gala, and I needed it to be under $100. I quickly and easily found one that checked all those boxes. The dress is stunning, it arrived quickly, and I paid less than $130, including 3 day shipping. My only gripe has nothing to do with Couture Candy, but relates to the condition in which UPS delivered my package. My dress was packed on a hanger, in a clear plastic bag and then placed in a physic shipping bag. Somewhere along the way, the shopping bag was completely sliced open from end to end and the basher was broken. It's a wonder the dress was even still in it. Miraculously, the dress is perfect and unscathed.

This was my first time ordering and was hoping for a good product and experience and received both. My dress is gorgeous. I bought it big so I need to get it altered but the material is thick and not cheap.

Their return policy makes you feel like a criminal for buying a dress, having it not fit and wanting to return it. You have to have a store credit only, get your free freight deducted, pay for shipping and insurance and tracking back. Take pictures of dress and attached tags, take pictures of box with return ups tracking #. THEN wait for their inspection department to check dress before you get a store credit to be approved to buy something else and go through it again! Who would want to do that again?

Dress is exactly like the picture. I went exactly by the size guide. I am a size 4 and ordered a 6 based on that size guide and the dress fits perfectly. I am 5'7" and 135 pounds.

Awful. After several calls and intents to switch the sizes, nobody was professional enough to call after several tries. Finally the Maher called and was rude. I will never shop at this online store. Bye
