We ordered our dress over a month ago, and we still dont have it. We were promised a return of the rush fee over 2 weeks ago, still dont have it. Now the website wont work. No working number to call. Terrible. Will be figuring a way to get our money back.
I order a dress for prom and paid for it so now, I haven't received my dress yet plus it been a month now. I need my refund now. The contact is invalid like you can not get in touch with anyone from 27 dress.

I thought it was more of a dark green, but it's a slightly dark green. Would be beautiful on a different person, but I need a bolder look. It's a very soft, gentle dress with a soft/light fabric on the bottom. Very detailed lace. I ordered a large, and it probably would've fit a 10. I'm a 6.

I ordered this dress on June 1 and it reached to me this morning. It is so quickly. I can not believe it. It is shipped from another country and it is made after i placed the order, but it only took 15 days to come to my hand.

The dress oredred by my daughter arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery slot, so that deserved one star. From there on it all went wrong.
The dress has not been stitched correctly and has loose threads on the seams. When the company were contacted they informed us to cut the treads. This will no doubt open the seams. Additionally the pure white dress has stains on the back. It looks like it has been dragged on a dirty floor and stood upon. Again we were informed to wash the dress.
Our several requests to return the dress have simply been ignored.
Reading other reviews it looks like some peaple are lucy. We were not.

I love the dress. It came exactly as I ordered it. It's beautiful and really detailed. I used the size chart and it is the perfect fit. It is very good quality and super affordable. I will definitely be ordering from 27dress.com again!
Dress looks so beautiful but make sure to measure yourself very well before you order because sizes run small. I love this dress but have to return because waist is not applicable and don't fit my body. I am between 8 and 10 so if I will have to order due to waist it will be size 14th.
Order a dress two months prior to the event. They charged me the $219.00, but never received the dress. I could not track it nor would they answer any of the three emails they show on the site. They also have a phone number on the site they do not answer.
I was very skeptical about buying a dress online, but I'm glad I took the chance. I ordered it in red with a red sash. The dress arrived promptly and was beautifully made. It was very flattering. The customer service staff was also very quick in responding to a query I made prior to the order. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this site to anyone.

I have ordered an evening dress from them and I was very impressed with the finishing of the dress. There was a misunderstanding of the measurement of the sleeves. They offered all possible options to to solve the problem as paying for the alteration or getting the dress back to fix the problem. Brought a black dress off this site and thought it wouldn't arrive in time but the workers done there hardest to get it to me in time and the dress was even more beautiful than in the picture! Love it and got a lot of compliments from a lot of people about it! Would definately recommend buying off here if you want to stand out
I like the dress design when i see the dress at the first sight. My upper part is perfect. So this kind of dress is always my favorite. I like the dress so much.and i ordered the dress in ivory. The fabric of the dress is nice but a little warm for me. But the quality is good.the price is also nice.

I ordered a dress and realized after reading all the reviews, I should've known not to. Ive tried calling and emailing this company about how I am able to cancel my order and I still have not received any response back. The phone number doesnt work and it tells you to leave a voicemail message but you cant because the mailbox is full. Wishing I read the reviews before I ordered.
