Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all, my order was late I had to call multiple times get shipping information. The day it was supposed to come in I called and was told that my dress had just been packed and was getting ready to ship. I initially went with this company because they said they took returns. Which they do NOT. After trying to get information regarding a return to receive store credit my phone calls and emails were not returned, I was purposefully put on hold for over 30 mins because the customer service rep did not want to answer my question. After calling back and telling him how disrespectful and unprofessional it was to treat a client like that he hung up on me and now refuses to take my call, I continue to be sent to voicemail. I would rather lose the $650 I spent on the dress then to have to deal with a business that treats their clients this way. If you buy a dress from Madame Bridal hopefully you will not have to deal with their customer service.

I've purchased a dress and was advised I was able to return the dress or exchange if I wanted another size. This is from 3 months ago! I received an email to send dress back and they refused the package. They do not return emails AT ALL! THey avoid every chance they can. It's like they run a Mickey Mouse shop. This is a crooked buisness and not sure how they are still in business and are very nasty people when you do get in contact with them. I've disputed with my credit card and it's still on going cause they are uncooperative. I've received a click n ship label from Madame bridal and they advised me do not send dress back we will refuse again. They play games and this business needs to be shut down. They are cruel and play with people's money!

Madame Bridal is an on-line scam. They do not take returns even though their policy indicates that they do. We received our dress on 05/10/17 and asked for return authorization and refund today 05/11/17 because the dress is too big. Their answer was "We cannot accommodate any return or exchange, we apologize for the inconvenience." A follow up e-mail to them has gone unanswered and they do not answer their phone and their mailbox is full. What kind of on-line retailer does not take returns? A retailer that wants to steal your money! I am contacting the Palm Beach County Attorney General and the Federal Attorney General. This is not an ethical way to do business

This was our first time shopping for prom. We bought flower girl dress here years ago so felt good about coming to Madam Bridal. They did not disappoint! Although we tried on many dresses, the first dress he brought us was "the one". (his instinct about what would look fabulous on my daughter was right on) You cannot get this sort of service at a department store or on line. Period. The alterations and even an addd strap were excellent t and were very intuitive. Don't waste time with anyone but a pro" I'll see you again!

We Ordered a Sherri Hill dress through Brad and told him it was cutting it close to the date of my daughter's prom! Brad assured us it would get to our house on time and he would even call us to update us on the progress of our dress and If the Manufacture had sent it out or not! He kept his word and called and updated us constantly and made sure in the end that we got our dress! We will continue to buy dresses from Brad! Thank you for the great service. I ordered a prom dress online from them with over a month in advance. They told me it would arrive on a specific date, and it did not show. I gave them a grace period thinking it would just be a few days late. However weeks passed. I called multiple times and they assured me it would be there the coming week in which I called. It did not come; it was not even SHIPPED! At this point, I had to cancel my order and scramble for a dress from elsewhere. The company consistently told me over email and phone that it would be delivered on certain days and then it never happened. They were also not professional on the phone what so ever. I would get stuck on hold FOREVER, then they would constantly have the issue of "being locked out of their computer system". Furthermore, when I was trying to receive my refund, I was treated so rudely. FINALLY got my refund. TRUST ME, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They preach on their website about their no worry policy but all they did was worry me and stress me out. AWFUL company.

The process of ordering was smooth, you get great service, they answer all your questions, reassure you etc. I provided them with the measurements and was advised to order a certain size. Fast forward 3 months, the dress arrive and the colour is nothing like on the website and they are MASSIVE! I could fit in them and I'm a US8, these were for my daughters who are just 13 years old!

Then the fun started. No answer to emails, facebook message, nothing! Thankfully I paid with Paypal, people IF YOU TEMPT IT; PAY WITH PAYPAL! I opened a claim and had to escalate it as no answer. Paypal sided with me and told me to send it back (they covered part of the shipping) and that they will reimburse me from his account once the dress were received. I paid for tracked as I was shipping from Finland and I am so glad I did. They basically refused the parcel... Now I got stressed and a quick call to Paypal and they told me "too bad for him, dishonnest seller! We are taking the funds from his paypal account right away".

So funnily enough he got screwed. Because he refused the dresses, I got the money back, he did not get the dresses. They were unaltered, brand new, he could have easily sold them again.

Do not bother buying from them, they are all sweet and honey when you want to place the order, once you have paid, they have no customer service whatsoever, are rude and are plain liars!

I ordered my wedding gown almost a month ago. I was told it was in stock in their store and shipping to me within 7 days. Day 10 no dress. I called many times with no answer. No reply to e-mail. Finally, someone answered and told me the dress was supposed to be shipped directly to me from the designer, but they made a mistake and sent it to the store. I was promised it would arrive by the following Thursday. No dress. No answer. No reply. Monday a "manager" got on the phone. She said the dress was being packaged as we spoke and gave me a tracking number. Wednesday no dress, no answer. No reply. Thursday, The person answered the phone and said she personally inspected the dress and it is being shipped. She provided me a different tracking number. Needless to say, my hopes are not high that I will received this Saturday. Wedding 2 months away.

Where do I begin with Madame Bridal? One word to sum it up? PHENOMENAL. The service was amazing. First off, I came in with my sister to choose our bridesmaid dresses and her wedding gown. I dont know how my sister was able to pick just one dress out of their collections because every one was beautiful. Between the store and their internet business, they offer over 15,000 different dresses for wedding, prom and special occasions. FIFTEEN THOUSAND! They also cater to men as well which was great because we were able to kill many birds with one stone. Our little ring bearer stole the show in his suit. The service at Madame Bridal was beyond amazing. Everyone was kind and patient and genuinely told us what looked right on us. They even helped us decide on a color theme. It was almost like they were part of the family. I highly recommend Madame Bridal to anyone looking for bridal, sweet 16, Quinceanera dresses or any short or long evening dress. I will definitely come back for some more shopping.

I had such a wonderful experience with great service.

My bridesmaids are wearing dresses by Dessy (a couple girls already had dressed in their closets) and Madame Bridal had the ENTIRE collection, making it easy to find the remaining gowns! To top it off, Vivianne made sure everything was coordinated effortlessly with Albert, their in house tailor, making sure I had one less worry on my plate.

I am truly pleased with the treatment and level of service. I felt special and like I was family, which isn't surprising after finding out they're in business several decades and having been family owned the entire time.

I can't wait to get the pictures from my wedding day and highly suggest going to Madame Bridal for your wedding needs! You really can't go wrong!

I recently needed a evening dress for an upcoming black tie event and I had no idea where to start. I wasted hours and days driving all over town and found nothing. I was reluctant to order a dress online as I have heard horror stories from friends and family about products arriving not as pictured or may not fit. Against all warnings I reluctantly ordered from Madame Bridal's and crossed my fingers... expecting the worst... but this was my DREAM dress. I had to have it!
When the dress arrived I was FLOORED! It was even more beautiful than I had anticipated. It came on time, it fit perfectly and I felt absolutely stunning arriving to the event. I am so grateful for the great customer service, attention to detail and beautiful product! Thank you for making a memorable night absolutely magical!

Amazing experience with this wonderful store! I'm from the Pacific Northwest but my husband is from Boynton Beach, so when we decided to have our wedding in Florida Madame Butterfly came highly recommended from Brad's mother. Vivienne is phenomenal and so knowledgeable of all of the brands they carry, and was so gracious in doing multiple consultations with not only me to find my perfect dress, but for my bridesmaids as well. I walked down the isle in an absolutely stunning Mori Lee gown and couldn't have imagined a more perfectly beautiful dress, so know when you go to Madame Butterfly to find your dream wedding gown, you really couldn't be in better hands

I recently visited Florida for a girls weekend getaway with my MOH. I was excited to explore a new place and have some time away from wedding planning. ~ my friend had other plans... Her mother lives in sun valley not far from Madame Bridal and after we visited there she confessed that she had set up an appointment for us to come in that afternoon. I walked into Madame Bridal and gave a short description of what I wanted for my wedding gown. Within minutes the store associate (can't recall her name but I think it starts with a V) found the perfect dress. As I was overcome with tears of joy the store associate gave me a huge smile and answered EVERY question I had! She was so endearing and accommodating to us. I left Florida and headed back home to Las Vegas with not only my stunning Mori Lee gown, but a pair of Benjamin Walk Guadeloupes to pair with it. The customer service was courteous and sincere our entire visit, and they also mentioned that I am able to order online at their store website. This was so very convenient because I wanted to purchase a clutch that matched my shoes perfectly! My order was processed and shipped to me much sooner than I had expected it to. Great experience all around!

This is the best experience that I have had shopping for a formal dress! It is difficult for me to find dresses that fit my bustline properly. My sister's vow renewal service is coming up, and we were getting frustrated trying to find me a dress.

The customer service rep from Madame Bridal went out of her way to soothe my anxiety about ordering my dress. My measurements were triple checked before the conversation was ended. My dress arrived last week, and it was stunning. All of the sequences were in place. The material was beautiful. I couldn't find a snag anywhere. I have a formal event in October, and I will most certainly be ordering my dress from Madame Bridal.
