Twice I've received superb customer service by them.
One time I ordered a necklace, one of the stones was missing----such a bummer. I contacted customer service by email since I was at work. They emailed me right away, and just asked me to email them a photo of the necklace with the missing stone. I received an email right away from one of the representatives and they advised me they would be sending a new necklace right away and to not bother sending them the damaged necklace. Cool!
Second time was just recently... I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming event. I ordered them 2 weeks prior to the event just in case I needed them altered. I actually don't live too far from where they ship from... plenty of time. I waited and waited and checked with ups... nothing. Finally I contacted UPS and they told me it may be lost and opened an investigation:(
I called Lulus on monday and spoke to a gal named Caitlin. I let her know the situation and she told me she'd reach out to her logistics coordinator to see what could be done, she let me know she would call me back. Less then 20 minutes later I get a notification from ups about a package being sent out. Ten minutes later Caitlin calls me to tell me that UPS did loose the package and that they were sending me the items with 2 day shipping to ensure they would arrive on time for this weekend. Wow! The only other business that I've received that level of customer service has been Nordstroms. I will continue to shop at Lulus.com
I recently ordered a dress used as a Bridesmaid dress it fit perfect but the hem on it kept twisting I don't know if I just recieved a defective dress or what but I spent the whole night adjusting my dress other than that I always order from Lulus and my orders are always more than perfect

I was so scared to order from lulu's because of the bad reviews but still wanted to give it a try! And I'm so glad I did. I had bought 4 dresses for my brother's wedding to choose one in case the quality wasn't that great but all 4 dresses are FANTASTIC the quality of the fabric was great, the fit was perfect but I had to return two just because I had chosen the one I liked. I changed the third one for the size and I kept the fourth dress just because I liked it... when the time came to make the return and the exchange EVERYTHING was done so quickly, they sent me the label, then I took it to UPS and Later in the afternoon I got an email telling me that the exchange dress is on its way. THIS IS FANTASTIC!
Lulus is simply fabulous! The prices range from $14-300+, but there is always something you can find and the best thing is that if your eying something one week it may be on sale the next. I have ordered lovely things from here and since I have gained some weight I was pleased when I fit into a small with the maxi dress I bought. Although, it didn't necessarily work for another dress because it had a different fit, with me being short the small was too small but the medium was too big and I would of had to get it fitted. So I was bummed I wasn't skinnier because the small would of been perfect, but in my eyes there is always something better. I am happy to say that each time I ordered a different size and returned it it was super easy! No stress, no hassle, and there are always coupons, as well as, a wonderful deal they send you to your email after you shop with them. The quality is perfect and this is coming from someone who is super picky and looks at every stitch to make sure it isn't falling apart. I haven't had one problem with Lulus, which makes it so easy and the reason why I love shopping online :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED =D Happy Shopping!
I recently made a purchase from Lulu's for three times. When my items came, they sent three addditional items that I did not order. I called customer service and informed them of this incident. They seemed very thankful and offered me an online credit. When I received the credit, it was for $15. Not only did I find it a slap in the face but all of my friends did as well. Those items were worth $150 combined, and I was being extremely considerate by calling Lulus and emailing items of the photos of the items. If I were to send the items back, which at the point I'm debating because I feel slighted, I would have to take 30-45 minutes of my day to return them because I would have to find somewhere to print the label and drive to mail the items back. $15 doesn't allow me to purchase anything but clearance jewelry from their on their site due to the cost of most items, and for extent that I would have to go out of my way to return the items it's simply not worth it. Furthermore, I returned a pair of shoes that I bought because they were too big and they will not issue me a credit on something I paid for until I return the items. This mishap was no fault of mine, and theyre refusing to return a credit on something I am rightfully owed. As merchants, I am not required by law to return those items because they willingly gave them up, so refusing my refund seems pretty illegal. If I received a fair credit for my honesty and the efforts I would have to go through to return the items I would, but my time and honesty is worth more than a $15 credit.
I wanted a pair of summer Sandals. So decided to get online to see what was out ther I wasn't sure what I was looking for.( So I googled summer SANDALS) AND lulus poped up. Decided to take a look. Searched for two hours and decided to try. Wanted by this Saturday. This was on weds when I ordered. Paid the extra money and I got them today 6/17/2016. They are exactly as you see online. Came perfectly PACKAGED... the SANDALS. ARE ABSOLUTELY TOO CUTE... I GOT TWO PAIR. CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT ESLSE THEY HAVE. NEW CUSTOMER. VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE... Lulu and other online sites are selling/shipping clothes/shoes that are clearly TOO SMALL,
I ordered a size 11 shoe it does NOT have the shoe size on the bottom or inside this shoe it is a FINAL SALE and is clearly a size 7 or 8 visibly out the box
The other online plus store Asoph is dealing/shipping clothes that are NOT a 3X
DO NOT purchase from these stores stick to Cato or Ashley Stewart if you are plus size

After reading the reviews I was pretty nervous to order from them but I was mostly interested in jewelry. I got one peplum wrap around top and a ton of jewlery. I'm normally a med to large (5'8" 163 lbs) and I got an xl. I can't say that it does or doesn't fit per say, but I don't think I can actually wear it BC it doesn't seem to cover my breasts. The chest part of the wrap around is cut too low and wide. (I'm a C so shouldn't have a problem filling it). So that will prolly go back, which sucks BC otherwise I love it. The jewelry is all pretty and in tact, and everything arrived in 4 business days with regular free shipping. What impressed me was when I checked out I forgot to use my discount code so I contacted them via live chat and they applied it and processed a refund for the difference. The chat was pleasant and quick, and My refund arrived back in my account within an HOUR! I was shocked. I had the notification within 5 min of hanging up that they sent me a refund and within an hour the money was back in my account. If I return this shirt Hopefully that type of refund process will be just as fast and easy, I have read some rough reviews about returning clothes, so if I do I will let you all know. I give 4 stars for the shirt not fitting properly, it seems to be well made though

I ordered several pieces of clothing over a month ago. The day i received the package one of the dresses was ripped and looked worn, with the tags being taken off and then one Lulus label being safety pinned back on the dress. I decided to return it along with some of the oyher dresses and a pair of shoes ordered, and proceeded to start the return process the same day. A few days later, April 5th, i was able to get to the UPS store to return the items (within the 10 day free return timeframe). I just yesterday reveived confirmation that they have received my return and now i have to wait several more days to hear about my refund. This is horrible! Almost a month to receive my refund and not to mention no compensation for the worn, disgusting ripped dress that was sent to me in the 1st place. Customer service itself has been fine, but the return and refund of merchandise should not take this long. Never again!
Update: I did receive a refund email shortly after writing this revew, so kudos to them for finally taking care of this return/refund. Much appreciated Lulus.

I ordered 4 dresses from lulus recently, hoping one of them would fit perfect and look amazing for my graduation pictures. All of them fit wierd. I am 5'5, and weigh 150 pounds. I am an average woman size, not a stick. Maybe I should of known better, this was my first time purchasing from them. The dresses looked great on the models, so I figured like most "high quality" clothing stores the dresses would be high quality and fit to my shape good... Nope, these dresses are target level, I could go to target and get dressed with this same quality. I was giving Lulus a chance because I heard so many great things about it from YouTubers who would rave about their clothing. I thought about getting a nice graduation dress from my go to Nordstrom, but I honest to God felt at the time that I would find a cuter dress on Lulu's... The point is their dresses look cute on the models, but it if you aren't built like a 100 pound model then I do not recommend purchasing from this website. Also I received a fraud notice on my credit card account a week later, so that goes to show the website is not very secure. I will never purchase anything from Lulus again, and I will tell everyone their clothing fits cheaply and not worth the price. I ended up finding the perfect graduation dress at the Nordstrom Rack... My recommendation to any woman with a little meat on them is to go to Nordstrom or the Nordstrom Rack, their clothing is high quality and usually fits wonderfully!

I have been ordering from Lulus since I was a sophomore in high school (2010). Their clothes are super cute, especially when you get tired of seeing the same ole stuff in the mall. I never hesitate to place large orders here and I am always satisfied with the quality of the clothes and sandals.
I recently placed an order of about $200 (a pair of sandals and 3 dresses + expedited shipping) in anticipation of going on a trip for my anniversary. I was so excited to see that my order had arrived. Except when I opened the large box, I discovered that only the sandals had been shipped. From there I call customer service to confirm everything was sent in one shipment. Everyone I spoke to was kind and expressed a willingness to help. However, what doesnt sit well with me is the fact that their protocol for something that would obviously be a packing error, is to shift the blame passively on the customer and whoever delivered the package. Now I am waiting probably 10 or so days for someone to close the investigation and tell me that the items were misplaced somewhere along the way.
I have the upmost respect for customer service as this is an industry that I work in and I understand that the customer is not always right. But from my perspective, I placed my trust in this company, and now I am going to possibly suffer a loss from this mixup. But hey, at least I got the shoes.

I got my bridesmaid dress from here for a wedding that was moved up. The dress we well priced, fit correctly to their sizing chart, and arrived fast!
The things i looked at were great and represented what then came in the mail, i'd order again! Also prices are way more reasonable than other sites
I really liked the dresses, especially for the price. They are pretty good quality and flattering. My one complaint is that it came very wrinkled.
The customer service was awesome. They helped me with a return. I absolutely love my dress and I received it within 4 days of ordering.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
