I use this card several time out of the suddent payment fail or decline i had to use another one, but that card i use before work like 20 time out of the sudden it was not i check with them said there is no problem at all. No i will have to stop helping my fellow in PH bcuz customer services in lazada is ne of the worst service i use in a long long time yo basically can't talk with anyone out there, and their solution is just try another card.
Listen if i wanna use that card that already work multiple time i wanna know why out of the sudden you block and stop blaming our visa card bcuz there is nothing wrong with them.

Always the same problem with them.

The delivery date for my item = jan 4 - jan 9 (2017) still i have no yet recieved my item already payed for it via hellopay... this item is supposed to be a birthday gift for my niece! I will be requesting a refund if order #******* is not delivered within january 11 else i will file a parallel complaint at dti for fake advertisement/ scam... i already have the cache and screenshot for evidence... since no one is replying at your helpdesk, even your customer hotline is dropping calls on me. I ordered an item from them using my credit card and waited for 2 weeks and only to receive an email that it can't be fulfilled because there is a processing error on their end. Obviously order should be cancelled automatically but I waited another 2 weeks and it still under SHIPPED in status. I have called their customer service hotline about 10x and escalated it for about 5x and what they just keep saying on me is they need to coordinate the order to other department to process the cancellation/refund. It doesn't make sense to me that they took very long to cancel an order that has gone error on their end? This is not my fault, I didn't return the item, I came through a correct processing of ordering yet I experienced this inconvenience that I'll not forget for a lifetime. I just want my money back but they failed to address it in an efficient manner. Very poor customer service. Call Reference #: *******

I had an order of your stuff using my pcfinancial master card as a payment, I'm very disappointed because it was rejected for 6 times.and deducted to my credit card 6 times also.and until now it shows on my transaction PENDING.
As of now I don't have credit limit anymore, just because of 6 times deducting which is pending.

Thanks for letting us know about this, Ver. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Bought 3 sony headset from lazada and is posted as original also have the materials or specs as original on the item page but when delivered it is completely 101% fake items, all of it even though it came from different resellers, posted as discounted from original price but actually the worth of the item is far less than that of the discounted price...

I feel bad for lazada

All the reviews here are negative... im a long time customer and i never encountered problem with any of my order. On some point i received the product earlier than expected. One time i received a defective product and returned. My card received the charge back after 24 hours. I hope people with good experience with this company take time to give their rating. I understand the frustration of the people who experience problems with the delivery but im sure its on the part of the shipper not on lazadas.

Yes, we have merchants that serve items and 3rd party courier that will deliver your orders (aside of course from our own retail items and our in-house courier LEX). My review on Izhango, a certain seller from lazada was rejected and removed when I edited it. Because I added a negative review about Lazada's customer service and their inability to kick out fraudulent sellers on site. Most of us customers have the same experiences from the seller. The seller posts an item on sale to bait unsuspecting customers to buy and then send an item which is not the one advertised and is cheaper than the price we paid. I ask for a refund but it takes a long time.
Edit: The next day after bombarding their AI customer service with non stop comment and making them know how pissed I was, I received the refund. I need to thank the company, but the bad experience will remain and their customer service sucks!

Edit: I don't know if the store is already closed, but their products is now unsearchable. Good job Lazada for taking action. With that I could give you at least an average rating. Please continue to improve your services.

My first order - delivered as early as possible. My second order ( from abroad) - it came with gray Lazada plastic delivered before the delivery date xD I wonder why!

I have purchased a shoppers bag and a phone to Lazada and it's disappointing. The specifications of the item is not the same as the actual item, and the phone was made in china. If you're looking for an item with a good quality you should not buy it on lazada.

Some seller in lazada specifically "KILE" will reject your order if you use a coupon for discount. Their reason was your card is invalid. They will lie so you cant use your discount especially if it's P500. I've ordered from other seller using the same card and it ALL went through. KILE seller is not reliable.

I would rate them -0 but the lowest is 1.

I've been ordering in Lazada for a while and for a while it was great. Until today. Lazada sent me a mail containing an invoice for an item I've already paid. I ordered the item a year ago and the mail came to me a year after. The order number is ******* and I've paid for it using cash on delivery. The thing is, i cant have the item if i do not pay, right? The item is still at hand and i'm worried that i would pay again for it. I checked my email and the deal is already closed. I cant understand why they would ask me again to pay what's payed already.

Update:
They've resolved it now. They emailed me saying that the invoice was just a receipt from my past transactions and that the mail was just delivered late (super late). They apologized for the inconvenience..

I Just can't understand a co like Lazada can make the same mistake against & against!
I ordered a Asus Zenfone Flip Cover in June 2015, one week latter they sent me the wrong item.
I've to take the trouble to return the product & pay for the transportation.
One week latter, I received the damn same wrong item against!
First mistake made is understandable, but if you repeat the mistake against is stupid!
This is the worst on-line service I've ever experienced! ( No star!)
Don't buy from Lazada!

I ordered from lazada and always pay via COD. My orders were always successful, probably because i always ordered small items like nail polish etc. but my recent order was such a disappointment. I orders 1 nail polish and baby shoes. I missed the day od the delivery and the delivery guy said he will be back after 2 days. I waited for those items for A WEEK. I emailed lazada and asked them when was my parcel going to be delivered but they said it was cancelled. So i was like ok fine. But the next day, the parcel arrived unexpectedly! I was so pissed cause i did'nt have any cash on me and had to rush to the atm. So unprofessional lazada. So unprofessional.

I recently ordered a power bank and shoe rack from Lazada. I received a message after 4 days that the items were going to be delivered on the same day. I waited the whole day to no avail. The following day i received another notice that my item was delivered but they could not contact me. I followed up with the customer service with the guarantee that i will receive a notice once my order would be delivered again. The same scenario happened a couple more times wherein i would receive a message that my order was to be delivered on that day only to receive a message from the courier that they were at my place the following day. I cancelled all my plans during those days they informed me that they were going to deliver my items only to realize that i was wasting my time waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. When i last followed up they cancelled my order on the basis that i was never around to receive the item. Poor customer service from lazada. Such a waste of time!

I ordered an item from Lazada. After waiting for 10 days, I still didn't receive my order (their office is in Makati and my delivery address is Mckinley hill Taguig- such a delay for this short distance). I emailed them to verify the status of my order and then I received an automated reply saying that it is their goal to respond within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, still no reply from them. I called this number (02)795 8900 from their website. It also says that their Customer Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FUNNY. REALLY FUNNY... I tried calling their number for more than 10x in 2 days and not even a single call was answered. What kind of customer service is this? How much do you value your customers? You might start listing the reasons of your company downfall based on the feedbacks on your poor service. Continue like this and you will regret in the future.

Returning takes forever

I bought a leather bag and when i got it, it doesnt look like what was posted online so i returned it the next day and the few days later i received an email on 12/26 that they lazada received my return and feedback will be given within 5 days so i waited but there was no feedback for almost 3 weeks i contacted lazada via chat once a week and was given the same chat script assuring me they will coordinate with their warehouse and i should get a feedback within 48 hours but i never got one and on my last chat, someone called me and i was informed those agents i chatted with didn't coordinate with their warehouse so she said she will do it and knowing i was lied multiple times i doubt im gonna get updates i waited 17 days including this day and i haven't received my credit yet
