The delivery date for my item = jan 4 - jan 9 (2017) still i have no yet recieved my item already payed for it via hellopay... this item is supposed to be a birthday gift for my niece! I will be requesting a refund if order #******* is not delivered within january 11 else i will file a parallel complaint at dti for fake advertisement/ scam... i already have the cache and screenshot for evidence... since no one is replying at your helpdesk, even your customer hotline is dropping calls on me. Lets see what you are made of... after this
