So i bought a watch from amazon but the band was to big so i went in to f hinds weymouth branch to get some links removed the women i was being served by said after seeing the band said yes no problem its a standard band just need to take some links out my removing some pin i said great thanks can you do it now for me she said yes cost is £15 i said ok then she said ho what make is it i said invicta she then said we dont sell invicta so it will be £20 i could not believe my ears so i said in a loud voice so it was 15 but as you dont sell this brand i have to pay 20 i said that is insane all the people in the shop all joined in one chap said thats nuts the women and her manager were so arrogant she then said so do you want it done or not so rude i said no and left i took it in to davids family jewelers they did a fab job for £10 i was over the moon i told him about f hinds and he said with a smile that's normal for them f hinds does not deserve your bossiness i will never go it any of there shops again its the worst i have ever been treated


Went online with homepro in thailand to buy tiles using visa debit card from uk bank (not bangkok bank) i dont have an account them and would not consider opening one due to there bad customer service record any way at the end bangkok bank appeard asking for card details to complete the transaction for security this is the best bit they wanted to charge me 3% transaction fee plus convert my srerling account at 48 bhat to the pound when the rate was 51 bhat to the pound this theft pure and simple this is a visa account and nothing to do with bangkok bank im fuming they are just thives so i did not prees the confirm button but it still went though i have contacted visa and am waiting for a reply this is a scam on a big scale all other companys i use in thailand just go though with these robbers being involved so beware online shoping in thailand and keep an eye out for these thieves


Hi folks i now know why lazada only publish good reviews from its customers in thailand i have found out that it is a criminal offence to publicly criticise a company in regard to its service or qoulity of goods its called defamation of a company and they will send you to prison for it! So if you have a load of rubbish to sell do it in thailand you wont get ant come backs how cool is that based on this i have given lazada 5 stars rice and maggots for 5 years does not appeal


This company tells you its so easy to send funds abroad what they dont tell you is how intrusive they are you give them all your personal and private details then they tell you you can only send £900 so ok they want passport copy and address confirmation email to them when you have done all this they want you to send your bank statement! Yea thats right they want to know how much you have or dont have i told them to stick it Bering in mind my funds come from a uk bank and would be transferd to my thai bank all above board and transparent dont deal with this company the will waste your time and will want to intrude in to your private life

Its clear to me that people are sheep when it comes to apple to them its a fashion accessory i dont think they are to worried if it works well or not they are more concerned about getting it out in public and hey look what i have i can afford one of these im successful im cool no your not your just a sheep caught up in the apple marketing machine get over your self and get a life!

Lazada are good when its not good expect no help i have had second hand goods sent to me that dont work that have been sent back buy some one else for the same reason then had to pay postage to return the fact is lazada is growing at a fantastic rate and very successful but due to the thai mind set they dont recruit more good people they just make the people they have work twice as hard this leads to poor to no customer service in fact if you do manage to contact them they promise you they will solve your problems but this is done just to placate you becouse nothing happens
