I had previously looked at the "Dress" in the packet, seen that it was the wrong colour, and didn't even take it out. After the run around, and being offered $3 odd as a refund on a $24 garment, I decided to try it on. Body of the thing is miles wide, too short, and the sleeves would fit a child size model. What do they do? Just pick a bit from one pile, and a bit from somewhere else? It's not going back to China, which of course they are banking on, it's going in the bin.

I ordered brown boots for my wife and received totally different black boots from a distribution center in NJ.

In order to receive a refund for the wrong product, they now want me to send the wrong item to China on my dime, even though it is 100% their fault that I received a completely wrong product. They told me that they are not able to send me a prepaid return label and that I have to pay for the return shipment. Sending boots to China with a tracking number costs more than the price of the boots. Not only because of that it makes no sense to even try to return anything to them.

My advice for everyone: Stay away from JustFashionNow! Do not buy from them!

Ordered shoes in one size. Received shoes late (after paying expedite fee) and shoes were marked same size ordered. Shoes were HUGE! They are actually 2 sizes larger than marked. Took them to retail store manager of another large shoe store where he also measured the shoes. BINGO - not marked correctly. Normal refund policy is absurd aka send us our crap back to China & it's super expensive OR Mrs. Consumer we'll kindly issue you a store credit for 20% of what you spent NOT including the $28 expedite fee or since we are so upstanding we will save you the shipping and CUSTOMS FEE which amt is unknown and we'll offer you 15% credit back to your credit card. I FULLY EXPECT MY CC TO BE HACKED NEXT WEEK AFTER POSTING THIS. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.

From my last review regarding my complaint of a coat ordered, had not realised they had replied on this site. They say they are trying to resolve my issues, we are now in April 2019 and it has been going on for many months. I am refusing to pay for the return item as I am within my rights if the item is not of the same description, therefore the company should pay for the item to be returned and a full refund should be expedited immediately. Till this day I have not received any acknowledgement that the are even processing my issues. This not good practice or professional and I would go as far as saying this company should be struck off and should not be selling their products to the public. Until they deal with my issues, PLEASE BE WARNED, like many others, this is one of the worse company I've ever dealt with, you have been warned. Again I do not want to give star rating but in order to submit this it seems I have to give a rating?!

I order 2 winter coats from JustFashionNow. I got them a month later and the "coats" feel like they were made with felt i use for arts and crafts with my kids. The quality is something my 2 year old twins and I could make at home. The buttons are plastic and barely hanging on by a thread and it is the thinnest material I have ever felt! This site is a scam and they are in the business of ripping people off. All the good reviews on here are fake. Their clothes are terrible quality and take forever to get to you. I tried returning them and even though they shipped to me from CA they said I have to cover the shipping costs and return them to China, without guarantee that they will honor my refund. I'm just going to use them for kindling in my fireplace because I wouldn't feel right donating this garbage to someone else. Now I'm out $80 plus $20 in shipping. This site needs to be shut down!

Please Never buy from this company, they have used their site to entice and appeal to people with the photos online of the clothing, shoes and accessories and it is a complete sham, you will be not only be ripped off with sizes of shoes and clothing but by quality of materials as well.
I bought about $270 worth of clothing, sandals and a bag, all the clothing was completely wrong in size and I made sure I allowed for extra cms to items for myself.
Quality of material is shocking.
Size 9 Australian sandals and they sent me size 5 I made sure that I chose the right size.
You will never get a refund back AT ALL! Not to mention it will be at your cost to send back, this company don't care at all for the customer they are only wanting to rip you off and take our money, please try somewhere else you know you can contact the people in a more efficient way or they are more happy to refund you back at anytime.
Just fashion now will not give you your money back, I will be reporting this online company and the country it comes from China to the Australian Consumer Online watch dog that's how disgraceful this company is.
None of the sizes I ordered including the sandals were all wrong!
I have bought many items from around the globe through eBay and Amazon and have never been ripped like this before.
Please stick to these companies or others that can be completely trusted.

I have spent the month of November in correspondence over the goods sent to me from JustFashionNow. I spent significant money on a number of items i believed were to represent the slick advertisements - both in look and quality of materials. What i got was neither. The fabrics were rubbish and sizes ordered were about 2-4 sizes too small (even though size chart used) The styles were absolutely nothing like the advertisement in any remote shape or form. I will never go to this website and encourage those that read the reviews to believe what they read as it is all true.

I ordered some slippers which, when they arrived, were 1 1/2 inches shorter than the size I ordered. I filled out a request to return and, after several days delay, got an email saying that I hadn't filled out the request to return! After several email exchanges, each one of which took several days, they said that my 15 days to return my slippers had expired. I wrote again saying that I wouldn't pay the charge on my credit card whereupon they emailed me back saying that I had to return the slippers to China! They still haven't sent me the address to which I am supposed to return them. Stay away from this company.

I purchased the Black & Pink Dress - they are cheap and nasty.
The Pink dress has a Red pen mark right in the middle at the front of the dress - not happy, so even if it was wearable you wouldn't be able to. The material is like what they make cheap bed sheets out of, material is so thin you can see through both dresses, so it doesn't matter what colour you choose. It's obvious that they are doing knock offs that's ok but their product isn't up to standard. Was hoping for a couple of cute dresses for xmas :( didn't happen.
Honestly the only thing that was satisfactory with my order was the delivery time.
