I had some additional comfortable clothes put in and everything was done very well and quickly. Pricing was right on the mark and reasonable for the work done.
I ordered a shirt based on the photo. What i received was not even close to the photo. The fabric was not even wearable! Costs too much to return.
I should have read reviews before I placed an order. False advertising! Cheap material that looks NOTHING like the photos advertised! Waste of time and money to return goods. They offer 15% cash refund instead of returning clothes. Ridiculous! I certainly learned my lesson ie NEVER order from any overseas companies!

Products look great online... when you get your merchandise a month later they look NOTHING like what is pictured. Cheaply made from garbage fabrics. When you look to return the products they state they are overseas and it is very expensive and time consuming to do returns. They then offer you a 15% credit on the merchandise only... which in my case turned out to be $10.00. DO not waste your time and money.

I did not receive any confirmation of my order. Any attempt to contact customer support (only an email address, there is mo phone number) was met with a reply saying the recepient's mailbox was full. I have lost hope i'll ever get my order.

Ordered a coat and can't get a response do too the email being over full and Paid for expedited shipping and still never gotten it and can't get info on it will be contacting my credit card company and filing fraud charges. Can't call due too being oversees so I should have looked for online reviews before purchasing

Justfashionnow clothing is amazing! Every thing is reasonably priced and fits perfectly. Great product love my experience with Justfashionnow! Item was lovely and as described.
Order was completely incorrect - wrong clothes, wrong sizes, awful material. When I tried to contact them to return the items, their mailbox was full and consistently wouldn't accept my emails for conveniently' 2 weeks - the exact time as the returns period allowed! What a scam! No other way to contact them - even their FB page has an auto reply!

I have found them extremely helpful. I was initially a little bit hesitant about ordering from Justfashionnow, after reading some reviews on a few different places, but I went ahead and ordered anyway.And the quality of the coat is fantastic! Will definitely be ordering from Justfashionnow again!
Took over one month to arrive... however the delay appeared to be with China mail service. Had been prepared to be disappointed with the product after reading many reviews and sure enough when I opened the parcel the reviews were spot on!
Chinese rip offs! Material was so thin it's see through.The garment also differs from the site picture in both colour and style. Just Fashion Now needs to improve quality control and take pride in delivering what customers have paid for.As this was my first order I will never again purchase from Just Fashion Now and if this review stops just one more customer from being duped my frustration will be justified.

After waiting 35 years to receive only part of my order, I got some cheap crap in a bag. I I would not dress a cabbage patch kid or a Raggedy Ann doll with in that mess. And the clothes were actually small enough to fit a cabbage patch kid even though I ordered 3XL. I ordered a long Army Green trench for an adult, and it barely comes down to my daughter's waist, she is 11. The quality so cheap, the coat was made out cheap felt we used to make halloween costumes out of in pre-school. It was suppose to be Army green, I got something sort of greenish instead. I ordered this stuff well before Thanksgiving and they told me that the rest of my order may come around Valentines Day. There goes Christmas. All those phony influencers who got paid to tolerate JustFashionNow.com and say positive things about the sight should be banned from the internet for life. There is nothing positive about JustFashionNow.

Should have read reviews before purchasing 2prs of summer sandals in August 2018. Shoes were too large and very floppy. Poor quality. I went thru the return process their customer service dept. told me and returned merchandise. Wasted additional money for the return.
To this day. Over 90 days since I returned items my refund has not been received. I should have listened to my daughter's warning to not order from this co.

Ordered a pair of boots they pictured online and received a totally different color. The boots are plastic and soooo cheap. It took over 2 months to get them. The company said that the boots are the correct boots. No they are not. Someone should shut this place down. If I could give a negative rating I would. The high ratings have to be owners posting

If I only know what scam side Just Fashion is I would never order from them it's so frustrated, every time you finally connecting with them they tell you that your item is going to be process, one month later I'm still waiting for my boots. Don't ever order from there's side: scum side they're giving themselves positive reviews I lost my money and learned myl lesson

A 5XL dress had the measurements of a size M in the garment I received and the garment took over 6 weeks to be shipped. Buy with caution.
