Omg I just ordered without checking reviews. I went back to cancel but cant find anything to cancel order. What can I do?

Hi Angela, I don't think the complaints are solely about slow delivery - some people are saying that the quality of the goods that they received were poor. I'm glad that people have taken the trouble to write in and give a review. I was going to buy some shoes from 'justfashionnow', but after seeing all these complaints - I have decided not to bother.

ANGELA: Customer service is not existent. Check everywhere on the internet not an address or a telephone number for this company. Just an e-mail to write. If you are lucky enough to receive the goods you will see they not reflect the pictures. They are sub-standard and only good for the rubbish bin. In other cases like mine they take your money but they don't deliver the goods and they refuse to refund the money. Check the internet there are thousands of people who have been scammed by them. My advice says go back to their website, print the terms and conditions and if the goods do not arrive on the indicated time, or they are substandard, or no where to cancel the order. Just contact your bank, Paypal, or your credit card company AND LOG A DISPUTE PAYMENT with the information you have, the order, impossibility of cancellation, not received the goods. Etc. And they will deduct the payment from them and give you a refund. I just been successful with that. After almost 4 month of umpteen e-mails with Justfasionnow that took me nowhere. This is good because not only you will get your money back but also the more people go this route they will be put in the black list and will not be able to operate under that name anymore. Of course as the are professional scammer they will come on the market with another name but it will get more complicated for them to scam and will cost them money.

Why does nobody get back to you on email? This looks like a scam, you can't even get an answer. Fast to take your money though! Guess I'll have to buy another present for Christmas because you can't rely on this company to come through for you - stay away...

They don't respond. Lie and cheat with fake reviews.

This business in just a scam. The quality of the products, if you receive anything, are a joke. Do not buy anything from Just Fashion Now.

I order 2 winter coats from JustFashionNow. I got them a month later and the "coats" feel like they were made with felt and the quality is something my 2 year old twins and I could make at home. The buttons are plastic and barely hanging on by a thread and it is the thinnest material I have ever felt! All the good reviews on here are fake. Their clothes are terrible quality and take forever to get to you. I tried returning them and even though they shipped to me from CA they said I have to cover the shipping costs and return them to China, without guarantee that they will honor my refund. I'm just going to use them for kindling in my fireplace because I wouldn't feel right donating this garbage to someone else. Now I'm out $80 plus $20 in shipping. This site needs to be shut down!  

Not just customer service. Products are completely wrong in every way!
