When will I get an answer for my return regarding the return authorization. I've emailed you 4 times since April 20 without an answer. I want my money

Could you please tell us your order number so that we can check it for you? If you don't know your order#, please tell us your full name as well as your shipping address.

It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered.
The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.

I want my money back too, I've heard nothing from my order as to when it may ship...I ordered a month ago and am really in doubt that I will get anything.

They also split my order in 2. Only one arrived. The second one they say I refused to accept it so is my fault and no refund will be provided. It's all lies. I will never refuse and order. Anyway it was their decision to split the order not mine. I have been e-mailing them since September with no joy. I finally raised A DISPUTE PAYMENT WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND BANK. The bank agreed to refund the money it will only take 5 days, and their are blacklisting this company due to the amount of complaints they received. I will suggest all of you who has been cheated by this company to pursue a dispute payment with the agent (Paypal or credit card company). This is the only way to stop them cheating more people.

Yes. I want my money back to. They are thrives. They not only have my dress but my money as well. They didn't send everything in one parcel. They split it into three different parcels. First one arrived and I was dubious about the quality of the t-shirt. Second parcel I had to chase up because not addressed to get to me. And when I opened it I was shocked. Hideous sewing, fabric, shape. Nothing like the pictures. The third parcel due to not being properly addressed was sent back to JustFashionNow in China. No refund from them. Nothing. Shame on them!
So good luck with getting your stuff. They scammed me too. If enough people complain to Google, Google may take notice that these people that are advertising through them are ripping off their customers
