I noticed on Etsy that a company called nananova is selling an identical dress to the cheap shoddy one I bought from Justfashion. Please be aware of this as there are lots of seemingly good clothes in the ads but they will probably be of the same poor quality, or should I change that to abysmal quality. I'd be interested to know if anyone has ordered from nananova.

I purchased a dress online. I paid in full and received an incorrect and sub-standard item. I requested a refund within the stated 15 day period. The company stalled me by asking for photos of the received package. They did not respond promptly and I was unable to send emails to them as their inbox would not accept them. They then said my request fell outside the 15 day period allowed and have refused to refund my money. Feedback online shows that they do this to many other customers.
