I've been on a fragrance kick for the past year and I only shop at joma. Never any issues. 99% of the time items in stock. Really happy. Shopping off of jomashop has been so pleasant and I find myself WEEKLY! Ordering or adding things to cart. Great site! Only thing I could ask for is quicker shipping but nothing to cry about at all. Awesome site. Will continue to support!

I was able to get 2x the fragrance for the same price by using Jomashop. Unfortunately I had paid for expedited shipping but my order didnt arrive when it originally said it would but I understand once its shipped it's out of the retailers hands on the rest. I recently purchased a great Marathon watch for my son's graduation present and was not pleased with the size of the watch I had chosen. Jomashop made the return and repurchase process simple, and I still had the watch in time to present to him. I ordered 300$ worth of stuff, they lost my package made me wait 45 days, just to tell me that they will do reshipment, but then they found out that the item was out of stock and couldn't deliver it anymore. So they offered a store credit and 10$ coupon after 45 days!

Also do not forget they need 3-5 days to answer each mail.
