on 9/14/18It looks like they do not like answering questions. I have send them 5 emails regarding a refund and not even one was answered.
I wrote 3 emails regarding wrong item it wasn't until the 4th email I got a response. That response was basically oh well desk with it

Answered very promptly to me. Were very helpful and relevant.
My expierence is that I get a response within 48 hours, which, granted is like a year in customer time. One email regarding stock was answered with in twelve hours, and another, again about stock, answered within 48, and the sub-sequential emails on same issue were very fast and included a refund, an instant refund.
I've sent plenty of emails regarding a return and the only response I got was "sorry we don't offer replacement parts" I am still within the 14 day return period.
