Recently purchased a Seiko Kinetic SKA371P watch from firstclasswatches.co.uk.
I spent weeks looking at different watches and researching all my options. Finally settled on this watch and have to say how very happy I am with it. It is a beautiful watch and a perfect weight. Watch strap was adjusted before mailing.

Bought a Hugo Boss watch which was offered on the 1st of May and has already been sent back twice this will be the third time. Because it is being sent back and forth it can't be worn, what is the point of having a watch for 4 months now if you can't wear it?
Boss is obviously doing nothing as the problem is still exactly the same. For how long is first watch planning to ask us to send this watch back and send it back to us exactly?
The humidity will still appear out of nowhere, which is a shame for a watch which is supposed to be waterproof and has not even been immersed into water!

I ordered a watch which had a big discount. It arrived promptly by post, but i had ordered the wrong one in error. They could not have been more helpful. I posted it back, and the correct one was delivered by courier the next day. Never had better service.
I was once again amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of First Class Watches. My order was delivered to my work address in Cape Town, South Africa within 3 days of my order being placed! Better is not possible. FCW is the best.

I wanted to get my son a REC 901 Stella RWB Porsche watch for Christmas but it was sold out on the REC website. Strangely, First Class Watches had one in stock at 2/3 of the price on the REC site. I'm a firm believer in ‘If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." so thought it might be a scam (some people online suggested it might be). Well, I did my due diligence: authorized dealer for REC - check, excellent Google and Trust Pilot reviews - check, check and finally called the First Class Watches store in England to be sure the watch was in stock and talked with a friendly English guy who assured me they had one in store- checkmate. So I went ahead and ordered the watch on Tuesday and guess what?!?…It arrived today - Thursday and I live in Canada! That's even faster than Amazon. Packing was secure and the watch is PERFECT. Couldn't be happier. Thanks so much First Class Watches.
Two watches arrived promptly. Excellent service. Other watch awaiting delivery on back order. Paid in full through PayPal so hope there will be no problems with projected date as money already taken out of account £1250. 00 suspect that is paypal at fault not first class watches.

I bought a very expensive item for myself.
After previously returning another item.
They are spot on with products, prices, delivery & returns.
I have no problem recommending this company to anyone.
I have used them a few times and only had good experiences, the way internet shopping should be done.

Ordering, 'making an offer', dispatch & receipt were all fantastic, but the watch itself isn't what I expected. Firstly, the site shows a green strap but what arrived was black & red. Secondly, the watch is quite small - could easily be worn by a woman so I'd suggest it's advertised as unisex rather than just men's.
A very good site to deal with, before my purchase I had some queries which was answered within their estimated time, also used their best offer option which they gave me at my offer (obviously not taking the mick) delivered on time,

Excellent service. Was charged delivery cost when listed as free delivery, but before I could contact them to query I received e-mail advising me that they had made a mistake and delivery charge removed. Watch came in Seiko box with guarantee so appears to be genuine. Very pleased with watch and service, prompt delivery with text updates. Would use again.
Bought a really nice watch but the bracelet was bit too tight for me, so I emailed to see if I could get a few extra links. They emailed me back within 20 mins and said links had been ordered... Brilliant Service!
Saw the Fossil watch on several websites, including Fossil's own. Price was competitive but I used the "make me an offer" service and got a further £5.00 deducted. Was informed at time of order that the watch was out of stock but it came into stock earlier than forecast. It was despatched on a Friday on the Royal Mail "Signed for" service and was e-mailed the tracking number. Just as I was checking progress the next morning, it arrived! Can't beat that for good customer service. Would use First Class Watches again on the performance.

Ordered a watch for my daughters boyfriends birthday cheaper than anywhere else i even invited 4 other web sites to beat the price and they all declined.
The customer service was 1st class, delivery speed first class, product 1st class even ordering on line was 1st class!

I have been reading the notes on your order to bring myself up to speed and the notes show that a replacement watch was sent to us by the manufacturer however from your review I believe you are saying it is the same watch with the same issue.
