My first experience using First Class Watches and WOW, they are exactly what all the reviews say about them - absolutely fantastic service - ordered one day, delivered the next; fantastic watch and would highly recommend. Won't go anywhere else for watches again.
I ordered a white watch and received a red one. When I telephoned First Class Watches they immediately sent me a form to send the incorrect watch back to them. I sent the watch back on Monday and had received the correct replacement by Wednesday which was really good. I would use this company again without hesitation.
I firstly checked out their web page and entered in conversation via chat on their site. I all ready had a watch in mind a tide /temp watch I quoted a price and they matched it. I rang their order line at 7pm the watch was with me at 9.30 the following day. That's what I call first class service WELL Done
I received a beautiful watch in 24 hours perfectly sized to fit. The website content exactly matched the description and was also easy to use. I would not hesitate to use the site again and will recommend it to friends and family.
I ordered a watch which when it arrived I found totally unsuitable.
It was returned with no problem and within 72 hours I had a replacement, a totally different watch without any fuss whatsoever.
Combined with a very competitive price I am very pleased with the service received.

This was the fourth time I have used FirstClassWatches, and as before the service is impecable. Delivery as very quick and the item was well packaged. The watch itself was in perfect condition with all tags, protective tape and booklets etc, a totally genuine watch from this authorised dealer (Victorinox).
For the first time on this purchase I left a note with my order asking them to check something on the watch before they sent it. They called me to my surprise, the helpful guy understood my query and reassured me, a nice personal touch. He then called me again once my watch had been 'picked' off the shelves and with it in front of him he answered my questions. So although FCW are an internet based retailer they are personable and easy to talk to on the phone if you have a question.
They will certainly be my first choice retailer when I buy another watch, especially if they price match again which they did for me on this purchase.
I ordered a watch for my son. This arrived the next day and was exactly as described in the picture.

What can I say... Casio Edifice... Ordered in minutes, delivered in hours. Genuine product, looks the mutts and at £130 cheaper than the high street what is there not to like? Need an everyday watch too and wouldn't hesitate to get it here.

Excellent Customer Service. This is the second watch I have bought from First Class watches. I was a little nervous with the first purchase because the price was the lowest, and significantly lower than other websites. But the items have been in perfect condition (including the presentation boxes) and customer service is excellent. Item elivered the day after I placed the order online and preceded by an email confirming delievery and the courier reference number. Highly recommend! This is my first choice site when looking for watches.
Extremely efficient with first class delivery. The two year guarantee was missing with the delivery of watch but after a very polite conversation with a member of First Class Watches staff, this was quickly rectified with one being sent by first class mail.

First order arrived fine. Second order was canceled in the same day when placed for wrong price reason - refund several days after. Third order was a nightmare: received delivery confirmation from FCW with Royal Mail tracking number. I tried for about a week to trace it on Royal Mail website but the details were not available. I have received emails from FCW saying that they delivered the order to Royal Mail and it might be their mistake. Also, they promised a re-delivery of the package. After about two weeks FCW just cancelled my order again and refunded saying again that the price on their website was wrong and suggest I should reorder (new price higher with about GBP 100). Use them at your own risk of being badly mistreated.
I ordered a Seiko ladies' solar watch late afternoon on a Saturday. I was advised on the following Monday that the watch had been despatched and it was in fact in my hands at 8.10am on the following day, a marvellous service by any standards given that the bracelet had also been shortened to my requirement in the meantime as part of the service. The presentation box was securely protected with bubble wrap, the spare links were included and everything was in order. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I purchased from First Class as a sizing service was offered, I could have got the same watch for price offered by First Class from Rotary direct. The watch is exactly what I wanted but too big even though I provided my wrist measurement. Disappointed that I will now have to pay to get it sized properly.
