Someone recommended Jomashop to me and they not only had the watch i was looking for, they also had the best price online. Got the watch in three days and it was exactly as expected. Would absolutely purchase a watch from them again.
I had the absolute worst experience with Jomashop, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their shady practices. They sold me what was supposed to be an authentic luxury watch, but upon inspection by an authorized dealer, it turned out to be a FAKE! I was shocked and disgusted.
Their so-called "discounted" prices are just a lure to trap unsuspecting customers into buying counterfeit goods. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with—completely dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to acknowledge the issue or issue a refund despite overwhelming evidence of the item's inauthenticity.
This is beyond unacceptable. Selling counterfeit products is not only unethical but also illegal. Stay far away from Jomashop unless you want to throw your money away on fake garbage. They are a disgrace to the retail industry.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The slight discount isn't worth the risk of being scammed.
