I looked up this company because their dresses seemed pretty enough. And so I ordered my dress, it came in the estimated shipping time and I had no issues. The dress came in today, and not what I was looking for at all. The dress was too big, the color does not match what they present on the site. And now I'm wary about their return policy after reading the reviews. I recently contacted them about returning it. Hopefully I'll be connected to this Veronica everyone speaks so highly of.
UPDATE: Their customer service is good, if you are unsatisfied with your dress, the customer service is quite understanding and will offer full refunds for your dress. They offered me a full refund and offered to pay for return postage Although their other dresses might seem good, but I still recommend finding the colors before ordering, because obviously the colors won't match what they have pictured.
We ordered two bridesmaids dresses from jjshouse in Dec 2019. They arrived before the promised time. The quality/color/material what was expected. Even with measurements provided by the site, we were a tad unsure of exact size. We ordered two and one fit beautifully. The communication was timely and responsive. The return process for the dress we didn't keep was seamless and my refund arrived as expected. We will use jjshouse again. Good experience.
This website has beautiful dresses for all occasions. I ordered a stunning dress for a performance and it arrived exactly on time for me to get it altered and perform in. They also changed the address I got it delivered to for me at my request. Fantastic customer service, great products. I would definitely shop here again!
I ordered a standard wedding dress from JJsHouse but the size was too small. I asked for a reimbursement. They first offered me some discounts but after I reiterated my choice - they proceeded with the refund minus the shipping and exportation fees - which make sens to me. I will order from this site again with any hesitation.
For the most part I have received very consistent and high quality service from JJ's. Usually the merchandise arrives in a timely manner and if something is not available, I am notified accordingly. For the most part, I find the value of the product to be quite good and the prices very reasonable. The cocktail dresses are an especially high quality category. I can only think of one instance where the shoes I ordered were not comparable to what I thought I had ordered in style or quality, and one other instance where a piece of jewelry needed repair after arrival. I especially appreciate being able to obtain evening wear, wraps, and shoes which coordinate with one another for modest prices. Thanks!

I purchased a dress for my wedding, it is now a week late. I have no use for the dress that is lost who knows where. I contacted customer service to get a refund so that I could buy a new dress, after spending $300+ on a dress that is a week late, they offered me $27! After sending two more emails requesting my return, they offered me $54! I am so upset. I would not purchase from this site. It's a roll of the dice whether or not you'll see your items, and if you don't, who knows if you'll ever see you money again! I just want my money back so I can buy a new dress.

I ordered a dress around January 20 with standard delivery of 14 days. It's now February 15th and no dress no communication until I called them. Getting this response. " First of all I am really sorry for our late delivery. Because of the virus, we are fighting the virus all over China, all express delivery in China has stopped, and factory workers are quarantined at home. But please rest assured, the virus is already under control, and we will ship immediately once the government allows resumption of work. And do a good job of disinfection of goods. We believe and have confidence in defeating the virus. Please trust us and China. If we can't catch up your date, we will cancel your order and apply for a refund for you."
Not good experience. Dress is about 30% of what was advertised. I wrote a review on their site... magically it doesn't show and the response I received from the company was a coupon for 5 bucks if I complete a survey... huh?

I ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses from JJsHouse. When they originally showed up I loved the color and they felt like decent quality for the price. After looking at them closer 2 of the dresses had oil stains on them, I emailed JJsHouse in which they refused to do anything about. I ended up having to pay to have brand new dresses dry cleaned. Fast forward to the wedding 6 of the 8 dresses broke before the ceremony. So we were running around safety pinning my bridesmaid dresses to make it down the isle... pay a little more and save yourself the headache of ordering from them. I also paid for expedited shipping (5-7 days) got them 20 days later and they also wouldn't refund the extra I paid for shipping.

This is another one of those fake websites. I am from one of the companies they stole our picture from. There is no way they can sell a wedding gown that cheap. They are barely selling it at our cost. The quality If you get your gown at all will not be close to the quality from the company direct. Please Please make sure you always go to a store and see the gowns for yourself. Beware of fake websites like this.
I never write reviews. However, I have never had a company actually steal money from me before. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding over a month ago. I never received them. Tried to get in touch through email. This was a very difficult process, as they do not reply directly to you. You have to log back on to their website to see a response. I was directed to a china shipping company that did not pull up my order. Tried again to get in touch through the chat option. Again directed to the same shipping company with no record of my order. The customer service rep did nothing to find my order! When I told them to refund me as I have not received these shoes and my wedding now passed. I was ignored. No response at all.
The website was very easy to navigate and find the dress I wanted in the preferred price range. They state they will answer questions within 24 hours, but mine were answered in less than 12 hours on more than one occasion. I was worried with the idea of working with a company in China (everything cheap seems to be 'made in China'), but they had a reasonable return policy so I did. The dress was perfect and custom made quickly! Great experience!
When contacting JJ's House for returns, they gave me 4 options to choose from which was very convenient. Their dresses in particular and light and airy and the size is spot on. Only reason for returning an item was because I ordered the dress in two different sizes to see which one fit best; otherwise, I would have no reason for returning the dress!

I have used JJ's website to purchase my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses were all absolutely gorgeous and true to size. The return policies are strict, so take the time to get the right measurements before placing an order. But in the end, everything worked out well for me.

The dress I ordered was received BUT was way too short for a grandmother of the bride to wear! The height measurement I sent was 66.5 inches and the dress was made at 64 inches. It is a knee length dress and I had sent instructions to add 2 inches below the knees. You can imagine how this turned out. I cannot wear the dress in this condition. I have contacted them numerous times via email and through chat sessions. No one has replied and I now have put through a claim with PayPal. Hopefully this will get their attention for a full refund. Not a good way to do business or get referrals by ignoring the customer! BEWARE... they do not stand behind their refund policy.

I ordered some wedding invitations from jjshouse and they were perfect. Just as I wanted. I asked for fast delivery as I needed them urgently and they responded well and I had my cards within 2 weeks. Customer services also refunded back customs duty and tax straight in my account. Overall very happy! :)
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
