I purchased this dress for my son's wedding, I received so many compliments on the dress. Initially I was leery of purchasing a dress this important from an online resource without trying it on, but I am so glad I did! I love this dress, the workmanship was impeccable, it fit according to the measurements given and it looked exactly as pictured. Thank you JJ's House for the wonderful job that was done on my dress! I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need another evening gown.

I contacted their customer service to work out my shoes size, they were very helpful and were able to change my order. I just got the shoes this morning and they are great! A little bit tight but nothing some socks and a hairdryer can't fix. I'm so glad I didn't get the next size up!

The shoes are a perfect colour to my wedding dress, although I was a bit concerned because the shoes looked more creamy on the website. But they are actually a light ivory. Thankfully they match perfectly!

I'm pregnant, I purchased a custom maternity dress. I sent in very clear instructions on my sizing. They sent me a dress that was made COMPLETELY wrong and looks terrible. Like worse than a trash bag. And it falls right off my body if I don't hold it on. I reached out to them and expected a very quick apology and refund or remake of the dress. INSTEAD they have been emailing me for over a week trying to get me to accept a partial refund. The dress is completely useless to me because they made it wrong. I don't want it and a partial refund is useless. I cannot believe they treat customers this way when they make a dress in error. Not to mention now I have to HUSTLE to find a dress that does work for my brother's wedding.

I purchased a custom dress on 9/27/2023 and paid for expedited shipping. In a wedding on 10/17. Its been a nightmare trying to get this fulfilled! I've used online chat who make tickets. Then emails that ticket their dress makers who seems like they don't communicate with their online chat. I paid for expedited shipping. Not only did I receive an email stating they were on holiday for 3 days (should let people know on your website) they would suspend my order because their online chat and designers couldn't communicate. My order went out on 10/11 -12 days after I placed my order. Plus they didn't use expedited shipping like I paid for! Online expedited shipping is 4 days. Mine is now expected to come to me on 10/19 AFTER the wedding. So thank you I now need to scramble to find something by 10/17. Shame on me for not checking out your reviews first (not on this site).

Nice dresses but did not fit. They don't let you return any dresses and do not give money back
I measured my self but these dresses are made in China for small bust sizes. Huge disappointment as I ordered two and paid a lot of money as I wanted to choose between the two of them and can't return anything. Do not buy from this company

This dress was even more beautiful than I had expected! I ordered a white dress with a black sash. The lace, the beading and the tulle are just breath taking! The tea-length was perfect for me as I am only 5' 3". I had taken my own measurements, and because I am not good at that type of thing, the dress was a little big. I recommend that if you want to order the dress with your exact measurements you should have someone measure you and not do it yourself. :) A few tucks here and there and it fit perfectly! The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations for the price. It is put together beautifully! I was equally impressed with how fast I received my order. Overall I had an excellent experience ordering my wedding dress, and I would recommend JJ's House to everyone!

I had a mostly pleasant experience. The only downside to my order was that the pleats on my dress did not match the pleats in their photos. I kinda wish I could give them 4.5 instead of 4, because everything else was wonderful. I absolutely LOVE my shoes. I bought three pairs to accompany my dress and they all came back perfect. Additionally, since they line the soles with a cushion, even the platform heels were super comfortable. My package was delivered 11 days after I ordered. I knew the risk going into this purchase so I am happy with my experience. They were quick to apologise and compensate me and the pleats were not a complete disaster, just a bit of a disappointment, since that was one of my favourite parts of the design.

My dress does not fit and different colour blue to the swash ordered. Trying to get a return on a dress not a custom made. Some customers seem to have had trouble so watch this space I shall add to it hopefully with a successful outcome.
