I ordered an item and canceled the order within 5 minutes. They shipped the canceled item the next day. I'm now trying to return said dress and they are making it extremely difficult. They are incompetent. Never use this website you're better sticking with Shein for cheap garbage.
I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering! I brought three dresses in my size and they were too small. I have a second order that is still in process and emailed them to say can I get bigger size as i received the previous order and the dresses don't fit. They told I have to pay extra for them to give me a bigger size and I also I have to pay for labor. They will not replace with the correct size. I'm beyond frustrated because my cousin just received her dress from them also and it doesn't fit her. It's going to be 5 dresses in total going to waste because they won't exchange it.

I was very apprehensive about ordering my dress after reading the reviews but I work in customer service so I know that people can be jerks and overly picky sometimes so I took my chances because I needed beautiful and budget friendly dress! I got my dress today and it fit perfect! I'm about a 10/12 (5'4,163 lbs) so I ordered a size 12. I'm going to try to lose 10 more lbs before the wedding because i could use the little bit of space. Anyway I was very happy with how gorgeous my dress is and the timely fashion it came in. I got in about 2 weeks. I cannot wait for my special day and I will certainly be ordering from them again and will suggest my sister order her prom dress from them as well
This dress in 1 word - PERFECT. I looked for a dress through this web site and in 2 hours I had chosen, measured and ordered. In 8 days it was on my doorstep and it fits perfectly. Returned the item, parcel was tracked and delivered a month ago and still chasing the refund.
They keep saying checking with their warehouse for return and refusing to refund. The item has been delivered.

Ordered a gown for my wife, it arrived after only 8 days. Absolutely fabulous! Dress was exactly as pictured and fit her like a glove. (ordered by size chard not custom).
The quality of the dress was as good or better than anything we looked at in high end shops locally. (no snags, stains, or loose threads, tight stitching all around)
Had to pay customs but that was expected when ordering from a non free trade country (customs are demanded by your Gov not JJs)
Will definitely order from JJshouse again
Ordered my favour holders for my wedding a few weeks ago and they arrived this week. Am delighted with them! All (48) bar one were in perfect condition, and the one that wasn't was only slightly dented in transit which I easily fixed. Will definitely both recommend & use this site again, thank you!

JJsHouse: Ill tell you to check your emails once again if you are truly interested in fixing this issue. I've sent at least 5 messages with the same message and pictures before and after this review on site Jabber. You will find the order number in there. But I know you will do nothing. JJs House is a scam based out of Hong Kong with terrible customer service. They are not an American company and therefore we have no recourse.

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering! JJs House custom made a dress for my daughter (which I paid extra for) and mistakenly made it size 23" bust rather than 26". They will not replace with the correct size. Our event is on Christmas and it's too late to get another one and have it altered in time. I'm beyond frustrated. Btw, they must have turned off my ability to leave a comment on their website. Unbelievable. See pics below of their email responses.
Ordered two cocktail dresses- quality very good. Color just as described ( navy and a smoky eggplant). Great fit even though I didn't use the custom fit option. I will not hesitate to order from JJ's again!

Very easy process. I took daughters measurements as directed on site. Picked her size. Shipping was fast. Tried dress on and it fit great except the hem was to long. Easy fix. She is wearing boots instead of heals. Our experience with JJs House was excellent.
Ordered a dress on 23rd April. Ordered wrong size and put in address wrong, tried contacting them by phone, it obviously rings Hong Kong.
E. mailed them herd nothing there Web site is confusing as I have cancelled within 24 hrs I should be able to have afull refund.
They clearly don't like refunding, sorry don't trust this sight, I would like my money back.

I ordered my Wedding dress from J J's House about 21 days ago. It has just arrived and I can honestly say I am completely satisfied with the dress. Quality of the fabric is amazing! I am so satisfied that I will buy all my accessories and bridesmaid attire from them. Thank you for excellent service.
Company is a scam. Sent us a ruined dress, and argued with me regarding it. When you submit a ticket like they ask the company management ignores it and all requests made. Staff constantly lies and pretends it never happened after the fact. Company has NO ethics or morals and should be avoided at all costs.

Disappointed in every way. Processing and delivery took forever. Dress did not look like the one ordered. In spite of "customized fitting" promise, the dress did not fit in anyway. Requested refund, took forever to get any response. Was finally told I could have a discount of 20% on my next purchase and that they do not get enough detail on measurements to guarantee correct fit so I should have it altered locally myself. Even if I had it tailored it is way too short for an adult, let alone for wedding attire. I will be donating this dress to Salvation Army in the hopes that some little girl's Mother is a seamstress and the child needs a party dress. A big waste of time and my money. Please tell everyone you know - stay away from JJHouse. I believe they mislead, procrastinate, take your honest earned money (for me over $300.00), and deliver disappointment. Looks like a lot of other consumers of JJHouse feel the same as I do. Buyers beware.
I have very special birthday party in April and wanted an extraordinary gown for it. I found just such a dress online at JJ's House but was skeptical to order because of some of the reviews. Took that leap of faith and am delighted with the dress. I chose customized fit and am so glad I did. It is a perfect fit, beautiful color and a one of a kind dress. Fast delivery too.! Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
