I bought a beautiful ring size 7 and it was a little tight. I hit the chat button on Jeulia returns and was able to chat with someone in a matter of seconds. They are so pleasant to deal with. I explained the ring was a little tight and I needed to exchange it for a bigger size 7 3/4. I sent the ring back and had a new one within a week. (I paid an extra 20 bucks to get it back) I am in love with this ring and I can't wait to buy more! Thank you sooo much to everyone that helped me get my new ring back to me so fast! Ring was delivered, opened it and it would not go on my finger at all looking at it. It was too small. I immediately made contact to let them know to send me a return label or instructions. Had to send pictures to show it still had tags on it and still in the box. I followed the instructions to return it sending delivery confirmation. It has been back with them for 2.5 weeks and I have not received a response to my email requests for status.

I'm currently trying to return my ring which is beautiful for a smaller size I feel like there's an awful lot to have to go through just to return it and I'm not even sure if I'm going to be able to get another... it's also extremely expensive just to return it the least amount that's going to cost is $11 Question is not being answered... when will you send me another one? I feel like I'm jumping through a lot of hoops just to return it

After giving a negative review to the company they reached out to me and offered to resolve my issue. I shipped them my ring that was causing pain and was clearly a poorly made cheap ring and after a few attempts at communication with them got them to exchange my ring, send it to my PO box, and I even advised that they needed to waive the shipping fee because they had given me such a hard time. Most of the problem is the women running customer service do not speak very good English so the communication was very difficult. I do have to say I just received the new ring and I'm extremely happy with it.
Issue resolved. I promised you I would update my review and I have. You got 4 out of 5 stars because of the communication issues with your customer service department.

Originally I bought the wedding set (womens) and men's wedding band (men) one size too small. But I figured that out the day I received my rings in the mail. I tried emailing the company but did not get a response in two days. So I messaged them on facebook. They were extremely helpful. I told them the stickers were not removed and shipped everything back the way they requested. I paid the shipping charge to get the correct size rings back. (which there are several options but I prefer UPS so I paid extra for that, again MY choice). The whole time they were patient, they took down my tracking info and I helped keep them updated on delays of delivery and let them know to look out for it. Now I am just waiting to get the correct sizes back. This is my second purchase from them (I got an engagement ring) and I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. I plan on getting more rings late from them because while they are hand created, they are beautiful and durable. I worked retail lifting heavy boxes and putting products up on walls and jammed my engagement ring a lot. None of the stones ever fell out, and no damage to the ring shape itself. I got many compliments and I was always happy to have a beautiful and meaningful ring at a price I could afford. If you are still wondering if its worth it, just ready their return policy and know its actually really easy. Thank you for all your help Xia!
