Not only did I order my wedding ring easily online, but it was on sale as well, AND I got a free gift with purchase--a lovely rose gold "heartbeat" necklace that I am wearing right now. I paid $20.00 for shipping and my package arrived in a very nice box that I plan to keep within 2 days. The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

Well, I am very impressed. Placed an order on 7th March and received the items on 10th March. Now, you may not think this is anything special but when you take into consideration that the parcel had to cross the Pacific Ocean to Australia, then that is Excellent service. Congratulations to all; I will certainly be returning.
I was disappointed in what I received. The image online made the ring look bigger with a wider band. I ordered a size nine and the ring is too small. I can where a size 8 ring. The ring looked as a child's ring when I placed it on my finger.
I was surprised at how fast my order arrived and, at first, was satisfied with the quality versus the price paid. However, I looked down about 30 minutes after I got the ring and one of the baguettes was already missing. I might try a different ring based on how my experience is returning this one but I don't think I will take a chance on another one of this style. Too many stones to fall out.

I just wish I had been asked before I placed my complete payment if I wanted expidited shipping. I paid with PayPal and it automatically went to $20 shipping. Wasn't happy about that. But the items are beautiful and I do appreciate that.
My beautiful ring was too small. I ordered my ring a little bigger then my normal size ring and it was still too small.

I received my ring two days after placing my order! When I opened the box I was instantly in love... it is just like the picture, if not even more beautiful! I bought me and my fiancé a ring together, mine was princess cut white sapphire. It shines and sparkles like no other! My fiancé is a blue band wedding ring with is name engraved. Thank you Jeulia for creating such gorgeous rings.
Fast shipping, pretty ring. I think i paid to much. Thought the center stone would have more fire. I think i should get tlike 40 bucks back after looking at the price of all the other rings... perhaps i was too hasty.
Ordering process was great, did the recommended expedited delivery and then I received my product. A beautiful ring indeed but too big. Ring sizer was not accurate. Nonetheless I called to send the ring back to get a new size. Now I have to pay an extra shipping charge both ways after already paying the original expedited delivery. This is not the best way to handle returns especially when customers have already paid $20.00 in shipping costs. Hoping this gets looked into.

I am not happy because I can not have my ring deluvered to tge UPS STORE like I do all my packages because I work. They told me that the company Jeulia has restructed it to be delivered. So now I can not recieve my ring. So I want my money back.
