I went to go and buy these items, but as soon as I did FRAUD ALERT, from my card's bank, IMMEDIATELY called and deactivated my card. This is frustrating because all of the reviews I read were promising and seemed legit. Buyer beware!
Their products look good, but costumer service is not good at all. For a ring I purchased from them I offered to pay for fixing it (as they are familiar with their own product better than anyone else), but they totally refused as the guaranty time was passed. I didn't ask for free I offered to pay, still I was refused.

I bought a ring set for my wedding and it was gorgeous. After buying them, I started wearing these but they started tarnishing. They were customized to be gold, but they started turning silver. Once I contacted the company, they stated that the warranty did not cover normal "wear and tear". I was confused because I took these off for cooking, cleaning, washing my hands and was surprised that they still tarnished with all of that, and i had only worn them for a month. I requested for a replacement or a way for the gold to stay, but they only offered me a $30 cleaning. I was heartbroken as this was my dream ring set, but we later purchased another ring from modern gents and we're quite happy with it (similar style). I have also written reviews, but have gotten blocked on their social media accounts and they have removed my review from their website. I am very disappointed and this money could have gone to another thing: save your money and spend it on another ring.

But - I got pregnant shortly after getting married, and the ring didn't fit me any more, so I took it off and contacted Jeulia Customer service about a ring resize. At this point it was well over a year since our purchase, and I understood that my free resize was not possible, and I was completely satisfied with that; what made me completely unhappy was the fact that they refused any kind of services to my ring even if I offered to pay! Not a damn thing was offered. The customer service gal couldn't even find my ring style, and kept insisting I bought a different ring from them altogether, despite having my purchase history and order number, and phots of ring in my possession. I looked moments after our conversation stating that she couldn't find my ring and within minutes, I found the ring on their site for a $10 higher price tag. I have no clue how I was able to find it, yet an employee wasn't.
I would steer clear of this company if you want to get any kind of services after your ring is in hand.

They say product is Silver...how can it be. Both my daughter and I had severe "burn" marks on out fingers after wearing one of the rings. Contacted them and they told us " make sure hands are dry and don't wear it all the time" since we did this and it didn't work they said we were past the return date but offered an exchange. Why would I exchange when it will have the same results. They refused to work with me and for 2 weeks kept repeating the same email answers. While they were very nice in their replies they refused to refund my money for a product they obviously do not stand behind.

I bought a ring and a necklace for a total of $150. When the package arrived (weeks later from China), the ring looks/feels cheap. So fake looking, you won't want to wear it.
The necklace looks pretty, but the row of stones are facing the floor when tried on. Obviously, it's a design malfunction. After about 10 emails back and forth with customer service since the day I got the package, they told me that they need to charge me 35% restocking fee for the ring (even though unworn), and will give me only store credit for the balance. Yes, $35 out of the $100! They want me to spend more money on their product and hope that it turn out okay.
As for the necklace, they will refund me only $17 for the $49 I paid.
Don't believe the high ratings, this company is not one you should spend your money on. I see better things at Nordstrom Rack for less than $20. You also get to take it home the same day.

Ai bought a ring that was not customized and they will not refund my money. Only offer store credit after deducting a 35% restocking fee. It us well within 30 days and the ring is factory pristine with the tag.

It is an online jewellery store that sells engagement rings and wedding bands as well as a wide range of diamonds, gemstones, and metals at reasonable prices. Her goal is to provide us with high-quality products at the most affordable prices.
I purchased two rings, they seemed to be of decent quality but were not of true size, both were too small. When I started the return process I found out I would have to pay to return the rings and also have $9.95 deducted from my refund! It's advertised as "free shipping" so why do I have to have a reduction on my refund to "reimburse" the company for the "free shipping" policy? You only know this when you start the return process. It is not stated on the purchase site or on the ordering page. Very poor business practice and all the emails I received were just "so sorry" run-arounds. Instead of losing all that money and still not have the rings I'm going to gift them to my grandchildren. Very disappointing experience. I have been trying to return my ring, which was shipped in the UK TO ME IN THE Uk but unfortunately it is too small. I am told they only accept returns to California which is £47 postage, since 11 1.23 Royal Mail are not shipping small parcels internationally. I have asked for a UK return address, to where it was shipped from by Evri, but they won't allow this. I feel like this excersise is impossible for me to get a refund on a ring I can not wear. Customer service in this has not been the best.

If you order any jewelry from Jeulia beware, if you are not satisfied with your purchase Good Luck returning they make it very difficult it took 5 days of emails asking for a return label or return procedure and they would just keep asking me to consider store credit before they finally gave me the info for a return, I had to pay to ship back and they deducted there shipping cost from my return.

I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this company. After about 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number. When the order was delivered I opened it to look over everything and to my surprise I only received one piece of jewelry, the least expensive at that and the 'free gift' with purchase. I immediately contact them. Now it has been endless emails back and for being asked the same questions over - just worded differently. Instead of trying to make things 'right' for their customer they are placing blame. At this point they are blaming the shipper DHL.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
