I was booking thru hoteling.com and was given the wrong dates for a non-cancel reservation. I panicked when I noticed there was not a number for customer service, so I sent an email without expecting ever being helped. To my dismay, hoteling.com got back to me immediately and allowed me to cancel my reservation. Very fast customer support! Thank you, Matthew, for all your help!
The hoteling website does not refresh if you are searching various dates and days so when you confirm and pay you may not be getting the dates and days you think you've signed up for. The process to contact anyone for a correction is so opaque that after two days of trying for a refund, contacting my bank, getting a phone number to, get this, Hotel Beds, since it seems hoteling.com is not the primary - it's a thicket of companies which make it impossible to get satisfaction. E.g. Their customer service sucks!

Oct 22,2015/ I received excellent booking service for Christmas reservations at a hotel 2 blocks from Arizona Cardinals Stadium for a Packers Game. Also It will be my granddaughter's 21st birthday that game. The hotel told me they were completely sold out. Hoteling.com got me what I wanted at the same hotel with confirmation the same day and hotel confirmation 2 days later. I read some bad reviews but I received great service.

I booked and got an excellent rate for 2 double beds. When I got to the hotel they said that only a king bed was booked which was not as agreed and I had to pay more money. After negotiation I ended up paying an extra $20 which is not a large amount but was still not what was agreed. A little disappointed to be honest.

Made booking thry hoteling website in April paying almost US $ 2650 for 4 nights stay at Marina Bay Sands Singapore from today 28th Dec to 1st Jan 2017. When the couple arrive at hotel with the voucher- they say there is no such reservation at all and nothing can be done. Is there any way to obtain refund for payment made where no services is offered.
Same story as everyone else on here. Find out two weeks before my trip that my room has been cancelled. Now I'm expected to wait several working days for my refund, and in the meantime I have to find another hotel to book. I will not be using hoteling ever again. Awful service, and most definitely a fraudulent company!

Booking references ******* and *******. My sister and our families were looking for a hotel in downtown Savannah on New Years Eve. I found two rooms through Hoteling and went to book. Browser said "processing" for minutes upon minutes so I tried again, just like others have reported on this site. Checked my email. No confirmation so I booked with another travel company. The next day I received a fraud services call from my bank about two charges on my card. I contacted Hoteling by email. Did get my booking numbers but no response to my follow-up email. When I called the hotel they show only one room booked. Will keep trying to get me money refunded. Very frustrating experience. It has now been over 5 days and no confirmation email yet!

I have a booking I progress in Chicago with these guys. Two months in and I'm not sure if its a scam or not. The price came from trivago but I've found out that doesn't count for much. Its funny that another leading rating service has them as really good. But there is an odd rating distribution - many very high but a sizable minority as rock bottom. So - what to think. Just a statistical anomaly. Or some real reviews drowned out with fakes. No way to be sure I guess. But - if I were you- I would book with one of the major sites. Happy travels.

So I booked last night, did not receive a confirmation email. Called the hotel directly and the don't seem to have a reservation under my name. Hmmm, I've been on the phone with this company, hoteling.com, for over 15 minutes when they clearly said my waiting time was "less than minute." Oh, but they already took the payment out of my account. I am very disappointed. Makes me not want to ever book with them, not that I intentionally did, but still. Booked through Trivago, I thought I was literally booking through Trivago. & of course, they don't have a number to call. Have I been ripped off?! Now, let me continue waiting…. Hope I can speak to an representative after such a long way (now running on over 45 minutes, what happened to the 1 minute hold?).

I reserved two rooms in Las Vegas through Trivago.com. They placed me to hoteling.com as their booking agent. I paid and booked the rooms and I can't get any customer service to add my cousin's name to the hotel room so she can check in earlier that day. I will arrive late by airplane, so I don't want her locked out of the hotel room. Since this is a third party reservation, the hotel won't help me. I have emailed them since last week, nobody answers. Their phone number didn't work and it's in Spain. I would have never used a foreign company for my American trip.

Booked a hotel from them and initially the process was good but after 4 days they called and said the price for my room is incorrect and I either need to pay well over $100 per night more or they can cancel my reservation with a full refund. Issue now is that all the other hotels are full. Do not use Hoteling.com. Terrible customer service too and not helpful at all.

I was in a rush to make a reservation for the holidays and changed my mind a mere 3 hours later. Hoteling took a 20% cancellation penalty. While the site says they send money to the vendor right away, there are no other sites that impose these kind of fees so that that just seems hard to believe. When I booked 2 rooms with a hotel in October and then realized an one later that the cheaper rate was due to a non-cancellation clause, I contacted the hotel, and they immediately released me from the obligation. That is what good customer service means.
I don't care about how much will be needed to wait for refund. I swear on the holy God that i'll have my money back! There's always the right way to win against these bastards!
Three weeks ago I booked through the website, at time of confirmation the page said there was trouble with the booking and to call customer services (no phone number or web reference).
My account has been debited, the hotel has no booking reference.
I am bouncing around between Hoteling customer service email and PayPal. No-one seems able to refund me. Both are telling me the other one should.
Everyone has gone quiet for the past week. No more replies to my emails.
It's ridiculous and I think it's a scam.
I can't afford two bookings so my holiday (which was to be a birthday trip for my daughter), is off if I don't get a refund. I'm so upset and I just don't know what to do.

Stay clear from Hoteling! Unacceptable customer service and additional admin charges of $30 for requesting booking corrections for errors made by them to begin with.
Shame on trivago for partnering such an unprofessional company that take customers for granted.

Still have not gotten my booking confirmation and when I called the hotel they said there was no record of my booking... Found this site thru kayak.com incredibly disappointed to see all of these reviews after the fact.
We also received confirmation for the wrong date! Showed up in La linea in Spain, in the middle of nowhere, and were told that we booked for another day! We are sure that this is not our mistakes, as we double checked when booking. We called the Hotline, awaiting some kind of solution, all we were told was "There is nothing I can do"! Well f**** you! We lost quite a lot of money and didn't know where to spend the night! After reading some reviews this happened to a lot of people all around the world! Never use this site!

Had an excellent experience at this complex and would recommend to both couples and families. Food was of good standard and choice was over a wide range. Our only problem was with housekeeping who run out of clean towels one day and the wireless connection was a little unpredictable on some days.
However overall I felt the hotel was good value for money and the staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

I very seldom write reviews. However, after my experience with hoteling.com I would not recommend booking or doing any business with this company! I tried to make a reservation at what I thought was a very good rate. However, after having input all of my data at checkout - twice - I received an error message that said I needed to call customer service. No fields were left blank and the customer service agent was not able to help me with my reservation. He simply indicated that I should try to check out again. That was to no avail. Needless to say, I booked with another company.

Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
