Made booking thry hoteling website in April paying almost US $ 2650 for 4 nights stay at Marina Bay Sands Singapore from today 28th Dec to 1st Jan 2017. When the couple arrive at hotel with the voucher- they say there is no such reservation at all and nothing can be done. Is there any way to obtain refund for payment made where no services is offered.
Tip for consumers:
Pls check antecedents before booking online as some searches lead to other sites and we pay. finally we end up in this dilemma
