on 10/5/16I did but it took me calling every other day to follow up on it. Those people are the worst and have terrible customer service. But I did send an email threatening to have my lawyer look into the company and attempt to collect and they responded and gave me my refund. I don't think this is a legit site. NEVER USE THEM!
No
I have gotten my money back from them, took a lot of harassing and calling around, but they finally got it done it took about a month or so. So you had to experience that!
I got a refund after a lot ( months) of $#*!ing around. Third party party companys are a scam. I cancelled a hotel. Then they gave me the wrong company. Then i chased Hoteling after numerous hits, they finally' as a give of faith' gave my money back. My first ever scam so lesson learned. Only ever deal direct with hotel NEVER EVER use a third cheaper deal company they are all in dodgy countries and alway get a reciept of payment with a booking number. Or you will be screwed
Try to email them directly!
I did receive a refund after they couldn't confirm or finalize my booking. They corresponded by email. Try onlineanswers@hoteling.com
We were lucky and got our money back from our credit card company after providing quite a bit of proof of transactions. I can't belief this ruthless mob are still trading and ripping people off.
I went directly to my bank and filed a fraudulent claim. That's how i got my refund.
Like some folks above, We got a refund from our credit card company; however, we had to find another, more expensive hotel at the last minute, and pay the difference. About $300 extra as I recall. I worked with Hoteling for a few weeks after this incident, then they simply stopped responding. STAY AWAY!
Yes i did received the refund but you have to follow up closely with them by calling their cust service hotline. I waited for 2 weeks after the cancellation, but no sign on refund. So i called up to escalate them. After that I have my refund. Imagine I need to make international call to US for following up..
A: just like me and many others, you probally are screwed in this case... It is a shame that they are still busy scamming
My Travel Insurance would not cover this claim, of course! But if you made you payment through a Credit Card the bank should reimburse the full amount.
Luckily mine was paid via credit card and my bank covered the whole amount, process took six weeks.
Good luck
We did but not our original deposit, they took out some fees and you get like $85 bucks less.
We received a refund from our credit card provider, a huge relief. Hoteling are thieves! Still advertising and taking people's money knowing they were going under.
Sorry no money refunded from them.
I didn't get it from Hoteling.com but I filed a dispute with PayPal and got my $ back.
Contact your credit card company right away. When I realize they were a scam I did cancel my reservation and get a refund. I did have to pay a $50 cancellation fee. I realized they were a scam outfit after waiting a week for the hotel I had booked to confirm the reservation and was getting the runaround from hoteling. If you don't cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival they will not give you any refund at all, it's all in their disclosure.
No, my credit card stopped payment
Hoteling only gave me a refund after the hotel refunded them. I will never use them again and do NOT recommend this firm.
Yes, I did receive a refund. I emailed them using all email addresses listed on their website.
No. Hoteling is a scam. They book you the hotel & cancels it after you proceed the payment. Unfortunately, it happened to my girlfriend and I during our vacation in Florida. Sorry to all of us who got scammed.
