Questions & Answers

I booked yesterday a hotel room. I did not get a confirmation code. After reading all the reviews here I'm wondering if I'll ever get, and even if I'll get a reservation number- will I have a room in the hotel. Did anybody had a good experiece with this website and got what he payed for?

Hi. If you come intact the company by email they will give you your booking number. Then log into hoteling and you can manage your reservation. Call the hotel and see if they have your reservation. If no reservation email hoteling and ask for a refund based on no room reservation. I did s receive my refund for two rooms

Do not use this company. I didn't see one positive review. Our credit card company is investigating them, too.

Listen to the reviews and run far away from them. Cancel your credit card transaction if possible. These guys are trying to look like Hotels.com. They are located overseas and use some third party vendors in their operation who seem to make their own policies. Their policies, financial and otherwise, are not the usual you'd expect from Travelocity, Hotels.com, etc. We are still in dispute with them over undisclosed fees, etc. Our credit card company is investigating it... looks like we'll win. There are good companies out there. Personally, I have never had problems with Travelocity, Expedia and Hotels.com. Good luck my friend.

No. I got my money back finally, but I would be shocked if they ever once actually booked a room for someone.

Hello! They actually cancelled my reservation after not getting any warning. I was told that the hotel didn't confirm the room. They promised to refund the full amount within two-three business days... we'll see.
