How do I make a claim for a refund of the amount I paid to Hoteling.com in May 2016 for a room at the Grand Aston in January 2017. The money was taken in June but when I arrived at the Hotel in Bali they said the voucher was not valid as the booking had been cancelled. There had been no notification or email from anyone. I had to pay again to stay, (not much choice after flying from Perth) and it was all very distressing. The booking was done in good faith and I am very disappointed to say the least.
