I've paid for bookings for 3 rooms around US700. in March 2016 through hoteling.com for Feb 2017 but just discovered the company was closed down. I checked with the hotel and learned that my bookings are still valid but the hoteling.com hadn't settled my bookings yet. Please help and advise the way I can chase and claim for refund.
