Has anyone ever gotten a refund from hoteling? I just found out myself that my reservation was cancelled and have no email whatsoever to at least use.

Question:

I booked yesterday a hotel room. I did not get a confirmation code. After reading all the reviews here I'm wondering if I'll ever get, and even if I'll get a reservation number- will I have a room in the hotel. Did anybody had a good experiece with this website and got what he payed for?

Answer:
Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.

Question:

How do I make a claim for a refund of the amount I paid to Hoteling.com in May 2016 for a room at the Grand Aston in January 2017. The money was taken in June but when I arrived at the Hotel in Bali they said the voucher was not valid as the booking had been cancelled. There had been no notification or email from anyone. I had to pay again to stay, (not much choice after flying from Perth) and it was all very distressing. The booking was done in good faith and I am very disappointed to say the least. Noelene M

I've paid for bookings for 3 rooms around US700. in March 2016 through hoteling.com for Feb 2017 but just discovered the company was closed down. I checked with the hotel and learned that my bookings are still valid but the hoteling.com hadn't settled my bookings yet. Please help and advise the way I can chase and claim for refund.

Answer:
Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam

Hi just like most people on this forum, i have been a victim too. I had paid for my reservation in Budapest well in advance. I arrived in Budapest on 13th of August 2016 and on reaching the hotel was shocked to know that our reservations ( 2 rooms for 4 nights) were cancelled without our knowledge. Budapest was the last leg of our holiday. Unfortunately there was a rock concert in Budapest because of which budapest was sold out. I spent 7 hours on the road trying to get a hotel room because i had my mother (59 years old) an aunt ( 65 years old) and her husband ( 68 years old) with me. Hi. I'm writing in regards of my booking Ref/ Number 8096877 - Al Shamas Plaza Hotel in Dubai. From 22of August 4 nights. Total payment as per my Bank of $412 Australian Dollars have been taken from my account on 04 June. Hoteling.com sent the booking to the hotel but the payment never rich Al Shamas Plaza Hotel in Dubai. I and the hotel try to contact Hoteling.com directly by the phone to found out why you guys sent the booking request and do not transfer any payment for nearly three months -booking/ref 8096877. Your phone number listed on the Accommodation Vouchers parentally experience some difficulty and you guys do not answering any phone calls 0044(0) 1342 307091. What's going on?
