“Fairmont SFO Rocks--great service and rooms”

I have been staying at this hotel for over 50 years. It is by far the best in SFO. It has such a gorgeous old style with valets at the door and flowers and a ginger bread house at Christmas. They always know me and they always treat me like a queen. This trip they put me in the Buckingham Suite because I needed an extra night and my room was sold out. How cool. They din't down grade me they upgraded me. The room was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It has a huge--maybe 500 sq. Foot balcony with views over the city to the bay. The balcony had old windows all around it for warmth... BUT THEY OPENED. They were 10-12' tall and were screened in beautiful iron work. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Fairmont San Francisco!

“In my opinion Stuart Diminie doesn't take advice about violent homeless people seriously”

Stuart Diminie the room director is bad at his job. He doesn't take the dangerous homeless issues around his hotel in a serious manner. One time when i saw a well known violent homeless man around the area of his hotel and then went inside to warn him and told him that this person also likes to crap on the floors of bathrooms, he got mad and tried to get me fired from the security company I was working for at the time. Sorry you have such a fragile ego. Also, you lied, I never said I was going to arrest him, I don't have the authority to do that. I said that he has been arrested twice before. Put safety before your ego, the welfare of your guests is more important. What a petty little person you are. P.S. The map that is connected to this post tells you about the crime in Downtown Dallas. The lighter blues indicate low crimes, while the darker blues indicate higher crimes in the region. The black rectangle indicates where the Fairmont Hotel is located.

Fairmont service is great, people care about what their guests think, and that is important. My personal favorite is Fairmont Lake Louise in Banff. The Canadian Rockies are beautiful, the lake on top of that is gorgeous.
