Food always arrives over an hour late. How is GrubHub still a business, they don't do the one job they have right.
A CEO who threatens employees over what they think is right? He and his business have no place in a free society.

Third X in a row they did not call to let me know they had delivered. My food sat on the porch and got cold. Will not use Grub Hub again.
They added $2-$3 per item over restaurant prices, Delivery fee, tip for driver plus a stupid processing fee?! Will never use Grubhub/"grubyour$"

I much prefer to order directly from the restaurants. With grubhub my orders are often marked up cost-wise and very, very late.
Horrible - absolutely horrible! This time was the last straw - I will NEVER AGAIN order food through Grubhub.
Ordered ahead (8:45am) for a restaurant that opened at 10am, for a modest-sized order to be delivered by noon (12pm). Should have been plenty of time, and according to the restaurant food was ready on time for pickup. About then, GH updated their delivery time to 12:10pm. Unfortunately, the order wasn't picked up until 2pm, and finally arrived TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE - stone cold.
COMPLETELY THE FAULT OF GRUBHUB, but unfortunately I bet a lot of restaurants get blamed and suffer poor reviews because of situations just like this - adding insult to injury, as GH takes 30% from the restaurant on top of the fees they charge you! Robbery.
If you want to wait 2+ hours for food, then Grub Hub is the service for you! Don't do it, just pick up, would be hell of a lot faster!
