The Grubhub corporate model was not designed for customer satisfaction. It was designed to make money for WallStreet as an initial IPO company.
Nobody cares about the customers, it's all about the IPO money and then the bankruptcy of the company as soon as it's stock performance fails.
Get used to it, it's the new corporate model for all start ups in the US.
