I took it. The food was delicious, I enjoyed it. So I like the way you guys prepare the food and you didn't let people stay for there order you guys gave a proper time to get it done that's awesome I appreciate it thank you
My address is 39 1/2 Harbor St, but the system wouldn't recognize the slash, and will probably send the driver down the street to another address, so I had to use an old, out of date address that is no longer valid, but that your system will recognize. Will the food get here? I hope so.
Went smoothly. Order was submitted, ready for pickup with no trouble. The system worked well. This forced commentary is a bit annoying but I did want to reply.
Putting together a food order is convenient but every time I try to check out using my Grabull account the app refuses to accept my password and when I try to reset my password it has trouble sending a code and if it sends the code it does not work. This has happened more than 5 times over the past year.
I waste a lot of time trying to check out and have to either try to check out as a guest which is tricky because it recognizes my email and tries to make me log in and again go through the problems described above or just call the restaurant because Grabull won't let me check out. Calling the restaurant and avoiding Grabull works best. It's too bad since the app has a lot of potential.
After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant to ask for delivery estimate as I knew the resturant was closing soon. Was told my order had never been received. The restaurant took my order over the phone & delivered it with 20 min.
Easy to use platform and fast loading. Also appreciate choice of 2 sides with the dinner vs. 1 on another platform. I was disappointed that my order took over an hr to receive.

Easy to use website. Ability to create a profile is helpful to save multiple addresses.
The food was very yummy and the owners seemed very nice. We had birria tacos and steak tacos. We plan to come back to try the dessert and horchata. Thank you for a great lunch

I've seen DubPlate pop up a few times in my local area but never gave them a try. Im glad I finally did! I got the jerk chicken plate and it was scrumptious 😋 My dad used to make jerk chicken but waay to spicy. This has the right level of heat for me. I'll definitely be going back for another plate. It is a bit pricey per plate but the servings are generous for much better quality food than you'd get at popeyes for literally the same price.
Food was amazing but I was a little annoyed because I left my phone in the car with my daughter and I told him I had a pick up order under my name and he asked me go get my phone to show him the order.
Entire process was seamless. Selections were easy to view and payment processing was fluid. Response regarding verification of order was timely ensuring food was ready on arrival.
Excellent experience! The delivery person was great! Arrived earlier than expected and it was hot! Thanks for the great service - will use again with this restaurant!
It would have been great to receive a notification when the order was ready since I requested asap. I think it was ready much sooner but I waiting in my car outside and eventually figured I'd go in, which was still before the time it was estimated to be ready.
I don't need to comment on every delivery order I make. And you want 100 characters> JFC make feedback easier.

A quick message about your experience so far
There was a roughly $20 fee added after my subtotal that was not explained. There's nothing that states what this fee is for. If it is a delivery fee, it's excessive, especially for the short distance and the fact that a tip is still expected.
Maybe adding a condiment choice section would improve people's experience. Otherwise I have no complaints and am thankful you're open later, I work graves.

So far so good with Grabull. Honestly, it's very helpful when there's any kind of language barrier. Americans aren't very good at knowing lots of languages.
