For Don Julio Somerville, the menu forces you to add a $5 charge for "Steak or Chicken" to the buritto even if you are ordering a vegetarian burrito. I know you can order the vegetarian burrito for $14 (not 19 that its charging) because I sometimes go in person.
Placed an order for Somerville's Leones using Grabull at 8:19pm. At 9:45, no delivery. Called customer support, told to wait for them to contact driver. 20 minutes later, told that driver must have misplaced the order or eaten it. Told I will get my full refund. (But I was also told I was going to get my order so who knows) What's the point of using these 3rd party services when the drivers consistently don't show up or don't bring complete orders?
Don't require responses. It's incredibly irritating. Just because Inorder doesn't mean I want to be required to type 50 characters.
I don't like filling out this form every time you make me use this website and this review needing to be a specific length to count it is very annoying as well.

Ordered food from crazy dough pizza, placed the order for pickup
I ordered with grabull and it estimated that my food would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. When I went in after about 20 to pick it up, they hadn't even received my order yet! It came through while I was in there talking to the person at the front. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my food.
I ordered a protein bowl, and Kings doesn't have that one the menu so they substituted the item for a less priced item, and didn't offer any money back.
Website didn't allow a choice on spiciness, resulting in ALL the dishes being really underwhelming for their lack of spice. Delivery person called from their car instead of bringing it to the door, which I found odd and never had it happen that way previously.

Site kept resetting. At least it kept my order. I wanted to edit an item in my cart. Only way I could was to delete it and add it again with my changes.
There was a roughly $20 fee added after my subtotal that was not explained. There's nothing that states what this fee is for. If it is a delivery fee, it's excessive, especially for the short distance and the fact that a tip is still expected.
At the top there was a banner id receive $15 off if spending $100. So I added more things to my order. But I never received the $15 off. Seems deceiving.
I do not like having extra topping on the special pizzas (Polo Chicken) already checked. It looks like I have to pay the additional to have the advertised toppings.
