My food never arrived! Now it's late and everything is closed. What a huge mistake!
I waited 3 hours to have my order cancelled NEVER USING GRUBHUB AGAIN! Door dash delivery it in 30 minutes. So pissed!
FOOD IS ALWAYS LATE AND COLD. YOUNG DRIVERS WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE GOING. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES NOT JUST ONCE.

You order food at a premium amount. Then you wait for an hour and a half. THEN, they call you and say that food won't be coming bc someone else picked up the food that was meant for you. In a normal fing world, any reasonable person would just get the food remade and do what you paid them to do, but no... grubhub says your food will never be there and they refund your money... which you'll eventually get back in 3 to 5 business days. **** you guys. I'll never use your ******* service ever again.
They failed to bring the wings with the order from Buffalo Wild Wings. We had to go get the wings ourselves and Grubhub refused to refund the delivery or service fees. What was the point of getting delivery if we ended up having to go get our food? I will never use Grubhub again.
