I have ordered few items from Gearbest, the latest being a Mi Band 2. The product itself is very good, as advertised, and arrived well packaged. In general Gearbest is better value for money than most other sites. The delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, although this is slower than I would like but it is within the advertised timescales and it is free. I haven't tried the paid faster delivery option. Based on my dealing so far with GearBest, I do recommend the website.

I ordered items from gearbest in the past several years ago and did receive them but more recently they just offered items and never delivered and wouldn't return messages and never refunded me the money or sent the items

Avoid Gearbest at all costs - you may not receive items you order. And when that happens, Gearbest customer support does nothing to help. Their claims about money back guarantee or exceptional customer service are completely false. It is a very unreliable company - avoid avoid avoid.

I have asked for refund 20 times already and still have not received it. It is just a waste of my time.

I will be suing Gearbest on order I have not received.

I have just made an order to GEARBEST, have not received the items just yet. The site seems honest, clean, and professional. Offering reasonable prices that anyone can dive into without hitting bottom. So far I feel comfortable as it is my first time. If all goes well, which I'm sure it will. I am going to continue my purchases with this company and recommend it to all and everyone I know. It takes patience, communication and trust to believe in a online business. I'm from Brazil, with GearBest I only had one problem, but I have always been very well attended, respected and very well attended, taking all my doubts. I do not have much to say, since my only problem was an order that was not delivered, but I know it was because of my local post office and not the store. I made another purchase and she was 100% perfect. With my second purchase I have nothing to complain about this shop, almost perfect

This is the worst service I've ever paid for. It's actually a scam, basically. I ordered Xiaomi Airdots 3 months ago. Still waiting for them.

Gearbests doesn't answer to any of my messages. They'll reply to this bad review saying that they sent me a tracking number. This tracking number clearly says that my order has been returned to China, without any attempt of delivery.

I strongly advice you to stay away from this website.

I have purchased robotic vacuum few months ago. It stopped working after just few weeks after delivery. The wheel broke, stopped turning. Waited for replacement for almost 2 months. After I received and replace the part it worked for another 3 weeks and another wheel broke. Contacted support and after they kept telling 'please wait patiently' because shipment takes 10-25 days, they said the part is not available and offered 30 dollars payoff. The vacuum cost 300 and only worked for few weeks in half year. Never buying anything from this place again.

ScammerGearbest.com is a 100% scam side
I have used this place 2 times now and it won't happen again,,

My last order was a Ovonic 2S Lipo Battery 7.4V 50C 8000mAh Hard Case from Emate Store Gearbest. That will be shipped from germany and my order was 1 battery so I could look at it and test it and if it was worth the money then i was going to make a new order to get the last 5 batteries. But a few days later they tell me its not on stuck and i need to cancel the order to get my money back. But i cant do that because the system say its shipped out but its not so i cant cancel the order and get my money back and if you use the live chat then they will tell you to talk to the seller and the seller will tell you to talk to the live chat or call them. And the only thing the live chat can tell you is this crap

Unfortunately since the **************983 status is 'shipped out', we are unable to cancel it for you now.

Paid for DHL delivery and they split my order shipping one item by second rate company but still charged me DHL price. Follow up was less than satisfying. Will never buy from them again. Still haven't received my item and it was shipped 10 days before the one I received from DHL.

Ok after they found out I had written a few reviews they refunded me the entire shipping cost and the price of the item that was never delivered. I think getting PayPal involved help. Would I do business with this Company again, NO!

Gearbest are conmen, I have purchased a Xiaomi electric scooter on 8 November with a delivery date before Christmas. It only arrived in January, it was not as described and it didn't work. They accepted to take it back after I contacted my credit card company and sent them a video of the product vs what was advertised, the credit card company ruled in my favour so gearbest agreed to take the scooter back and offered to refund me for my shipping fees which they never did (claimed they sent it to the wrong paypal account and that is this is somehow my fault and I need to sort it with paypal) i'm taking them to the trading standard committee and will hopefully have their UK website closed soon so they stop conning people. But meanwhile I hope no one else has to go through the hours of useless chats with their agents, banks, paypal and a missed Christmas gift.

They refunded my money only after I pushed them. Be nicer if they accepted responsibility in the first place. One look at the picture and you can see I had not damaged the product, it was just of poor quality.

Purchasing from GearWorst is akin to taking a trip to the Casino...

They are what you would expect from a high volume, low quality company from China.

If anything goes wrong, you are out of luck.

The product below only took 3 months to fall apart.

I am extremely disappointed with the service recieved from GearBest.

I paid extra money for priority shipping for my items, however my items were not even shipped out until 8 days after I had paid and they eventually arrived after the deadline of 12 business days which I had paid for them to arrive by.

I asked if I could have the money back that I paid for the faster delievery option but GearBest told me that, despite the delay being their own fault, they would not offer me a refund.

I cannot believe that in this day and age, my not recieving a service I paid for due to a mistake made by the company I am doing business with does not entitle me to a refund.
Yet GearBest have proved to me that this is possible; they clearly have no regard for customer service once they have your money.
Yes they are cheap, but you'd have a nicer time elsewhere and you'd be happier in the knowledge that you haven't helped fill the coffers of a morally bankrupt business.

I bought a XiaoMi A2 from this website and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. It is one of the only places which I have found that you can buy Chinese tech from so that's a major plus point for me. The only downside really is the shipping time, since I guess I've gotten used to nextday delivery from other websites but a couple of weeks wait isn't going to kill anyone.

I have deals with this shop since 2015 and I glad to report that I have only pleasent experience. They didn`t loss no one my order. Sometimes (like this year 11.11 sales) I receive especially favorable prices. Once they can`t find my town in their database so they communicated with me and specify information so I can be sure that my orders in safety.

Bad communication, false delays and complex organization which make you always speaking with wrong person.
They claim sending you under a week delay and one month later your still waiting an obsolete item.
Yous ask to be refund they want to impose you charge back

Run away from them far as possible

I have ordered a product and after a few weeks i contacted them to be informed that the product was out of stock... It should be their job to inform me that this was happening...
But they told me that they wanted to compensate me by changing the shipping method, so it would arrive faster, when the product was available.
After 20 days contacted them again to be informed that they did not changed the shipping method and since the item was already shipped, they could not do anything... Basically they lied...

The device comes with virtually no packaging, which makes the first impression a bit bad, but when I started using it I realized that there were good points. It has a good fit to the ears; reasonable volume; sufficient range (I tested for 4 meters); and because of the low cost, we can not expect more than that. The bad points are: Somewhat muffled sound and uncomfortable control position.

Good product if you are looking for something inexpensive.

I ordered 3 items 50 days ago and still didn't get them. The worst customer service. You can only text them. And they won't help you. First they will tell you to contact the sellers. And when you do and don't get any results. They'll leave you hanging with no answer. 50 days and still have no idea about my orders. So frustrating and too much time consuming.
Save your time and money. Order from a website that cares about customers.

Stay away from this site. It’s scam. You can’t talk to anybody. You can only text. You’ll waist so much time. You’ll get frustrated. And you won’t get any results or help. 50 days still didn’t get my orders. And still didn’t get any help from them

I like shopping at this store very much. The prices are low and the quality is pretty good. Shipping may take a while to Canada but since the shipping fee is so low, I would still rather shop here than other online stores. Customer service is pretty responsive and professional too. I have not had a bad experience yet and plan on shopping here regularly for electronic accessories.

Shipping to Canada by cheapest method takes a long time sometimes. Longest I had to wait was 4 months.

I purchased a usb to HDMI for my father. The website said it would come with the drivers on a CD. When it arrived, there was no CD and the device doesn't work since I cannot locate the drivers.

I've contacted the company but still haven't received a reply after 5 days.

I would not purchase anything from them since their obviously false advertise what comes with their product and have poor customer service.

Placed several orders nearly 7 months ago and not 1 has been delivered. Gearbest shifts all responsibility to their supplier. Their supplier is still silent...

I have asked many times to rather cancel the orders and receive a refund. Gearbest ignores commenting on this request and asks for my patience by waiting up to 4 days for them to get back to me. I have waited 4 days many times without any response.

Gearbest cannot be trusted at all. Once you have paid your money to them you are helpless and they know this!
