I recently trying to quite smoking and start vaping e-cigarette. If offers sales from time to time and the deal is the best as I can find on internet.
Their aftersales service is quite nice as every time when I file a ticket to them, there is always a response (even though sometime issues can't be sorted immediately, but they did get them solved ultimiately).
I really would like to see this company grows and offer more products, and more discounts.

Never had problems buying in Gearbest. In fact, the products I bought there arrive allways in time.

I have been shopping from Gearbest since almost 1 year and I have made more than 10 orders so far.
I have been very satisfied with the support of the shop and the response of their custommer center. So I fully recommend it.
Most of the times my order have arrived within 10 days (with registered delivery) and without any issue. It has been only 1 time that the product I ordered was faulty and I received full refund for that.

My advice for future buyers is to always(!) take a video during unboxing of your order in order to have it as proof i n case of faulty products. Also, be careful with the availability of the products you want to order in order to avoid long delays. Products that have 1-2 pieces left are usually out of stock and it is not mentioned by the website.
