RU: Для Украины наверное лучший магазин электроники. Низкие цены, настоящие скидки и постоянные распродажи. Все честно, но на сайте и в мобильном приложении скидки отличаются. Бесплатная доставка через Новую Почту прямо домой, есть вариант бесплатной Азербайджанской почты. Доставка в Одессу 2-3 недели. Все треки отслеживаются, посылки упакованы отлично, внутри сопроводительные документы. Предоставляется инвойс на товар для таможни. Служба поддержки работает отлично. Оплачивать можно картой ПриватБанка, но лучше зарегистрироваться в PayPal. Магазин гораздо лучше, чем Алиэкспресс.

Free-of-charge delivery through the Nova Poshta (Ukraine) directly home, there is a variant of the free Azerbaijan mail. Delivery to Odessa 2-3 weeks. All tracks are tracked, the parcels are packed perfectly, inside the accompanying documents. Provides an invoice for goods for customs. Quality support. You can pay with a PrivatBank card, but it is better to register with PayPal. The store is much better than Aliexpress.

I ordered 2 thl 4000 smartphones and they shipped it after 5 days as stated in the product page.
If you shop in a different currency than usd then make sure you check paypal's exchange rates because its not the same with the prices the gearbest website shows. It was about 10 euros more for my order.
Unfortunately I chose the fast shipping with DHL and since the taxes and duties are not included in the prices i had to pay 75 euros extra to customs in order to receive the smartphones.
Its better to go with standard shipping because its a less likely that it will be picked up by customs but in any case be prepared to pay extra.
The dhl tracking code did not work from gearbest website but only on dhl website.
Even after the customs charges the smartphone was still cheap. The packaging was great, the smartphone as described, very good quality for the price. I will buy again from this store but only using standard shipping!
The customer service was great, they replied promptly to all of my questions.

Gearbest is the best online store from China in my own opinion! It is not my first order! I have actually made more than 10 orders in the last year! All received in time without any problems! The customers service is very helpful and quite fast, especially compared to other online Chinese stores! Any issues I have placed, from changing shipping address, a single item or the whole order were solved and I received extra points I can use for my next purchase! Products were as described, always! Shipping time is good when products are available! I always use registered post and had no problem! Most of the stuff I buy are for vaping but I have also bought several other too! Prices are very good, specifically the flash sales, which are almost all the time! Payment is easy and safe with Paypal! I had to cancel some orders! My money where immediately available in my Gearbest Wallet and used for other orders! With this option I received extra credit points! I was given this choise or return to my Paypal account! So I had no problems what so ever!

I like Gearbest.com! They have great stuff and the prices are really good! Sometimes they give special prices like mods on a incredible price of 0.01€ who dont want to buy this;-)
I bought the Snowwolf 200 Watt (WW**************) on June 25th 2015 at Gearbest.com It was a good discount price so i'm verry happy with the snowwolf 200watt!
I also bought an invader mini (W**************) Jul 04,2015 on gearbest and the shipping was fast, the invader is a temp controlled e-cig and it vapes verry wel!
But this is about Gearbest.com...

Although it took a while, a Gearbest representative finally got to me and handled this whole thing in a professional way. Maybe they have grown too big too fast. Maybe it's a cultural thing. I don't know, but in the end they did work to satisfy me and ensure that the experience ended well. For a while I felt like I was being ignored, but eventually they took care of the problem. Still only moving from a one star rating to a 3 star because of the wait and frustrations.

*** UPDATE*** Gearbest said right here that they would send an email to me with a "top solution". That was an outright LIE. No email was ever received. Furthermore a shipment of 10 pieces had 2 faulty ones in it. No problem, things can happen. Gearbest said they would send 2 more if I paid some of the cost. I paid it and over a week later there is no record of it in my account. This company is a joke. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with and they lie in public to make themselves look good while they completely ignore the customer.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Gearbest product says "ships within 3 to 5 days" but this item didn't go out for 17 days. This is the 3rd time shipments are delayed leaving. When I create a ticket to find out why they give a lame excuse about how shipping companies can be delayed on holidays and stuff. This was NOT shipping that was the problem. They are very slow getting product out. The associate that answered the ticket wrong then closed the ticket so I couldn't even respond to it. Terrible customer experience. Maybe try Ali or Deal Extreme.

Ordered an RC drone. They shipped with wrong cable even though I confirmed prior to shipping that they would send the right one. It took order 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong product even though they assured me I would receive the correct item. They promised to send the replacement. It's now been 5+ weeks and I still don't have a replacement. I've asked multiple times for a shipping date or a tracking number and I still don't have one. Horrible customer service.

** UPDATE - Gearbest is much faster replying to complaints on this and other review sites than to their support options. Received this reply regarding the replacement for my unusable product:

Please kindly note that your parcel has been sent out on 9/4. Please also kindly note that it would take approximately 10-25 business days(not including the weekends) for shipping to destinations if there are no delays.

**** UPDATE 10/8/15 - Still haven't received ANYTHING!

** Personally I think they are stalling to avoid disputed transactions. Most credit card companies won't dispute transactions after 120 days. I will have to wait and see what they do but so far recommend that you NEVER ORDER FROM GEARBEST!

I've ordered up to 4 times now, and one order got lost, they shipped a second time without charging me, adding the tracking number to the order.
