I started buying GB from November 2017. Did 31 order and continue to do them. Good products with great prices. A lot of discount coupons in the group of VK and Telegram. At this moment bought 6 phones from Xiaomi. The prices are much lower than Ali and other venues. Of them came already to 4 PCs shipping during the month, all well Packed, no complaints. Support responds quickly.

Compro a menudo en Gearbest y nunca he tenido ningun problema con ellos. Los envios tardan un poco porque la mayoria de ellos vienen desde China, pero excepto uno que se retraso mas de lo que deberia, todos han llegado dentro del plazo estipulado.

Ademas, en el caso del que se retraso, contacte con ellos y fueron muy serviciales y amables. Me informaron en todo momento y al final llego bien.

I found GearBest a few months ago and I was straight away surprised by their prices and discounts compared to my local online stores. My first order was a set of headphones, which arrived fast and in excellent condition.

I was shopping at GearBest more than 2 years. The most important for me that all products original and brand new, most of the time there was promotions like daily deals and other. And the customer service they are very helpful to solve my problems or questions. For me it is most important that i have a choice what shipping will be used at my order W************** on Nov 10,2017 02:23:10 AM. I got it fast.

These people are scammers. They will claim to have shipped stuff so that they can charge your account but no merchandise will be delivered. They keep your money for months and if you dispute it with credit card/paypal, then they will refund it after a load of crap. You can imagine that how much money they are looting from people all over the world like this... DO NOT BUY FROM GEARWORST!

PS: I have contacted these people few times with the so called 24 hours live chat and never got a response. So don't bother with the reply below from their customer support agent.

Bought items from this site multiple times, so far never had any major problems. Orders always arrived on time. Product quality is as advertised. I had to contact customer support only once, because on one of my orders only two of the three items where shipped, contacted them about that and within couple of days was refunded by the seller for the item that was not delivered.
