You can win the goods at the lowest price. The Support service works responsibly and always responds to questions. The store has a bonus system that allows you to save a lot of money. You can make a review of the goods purchased in Herbest on YouTube. I recommend the Herbest store as a store with a good reputation.

Absolutely the worst buy experience I have ever had. I don; t believe for one second that any positive review was done by an actual customer. People wake up, if a company provides you no phone number to reach them, that is a red flag. When every time you try to get on a chat, the system says that all operators are busy, that is a red flag. When a company sends you programmed responses each time you open a ticket. That is a red flag. When a company surprises you after you Oder to let you know that slandered shipping is over 25 business days (FYI been waiting over a month) that is a red flag. When a company tells you that there is no shipping details on your order because you elected not to have you shipment tracked, that is a red flag. All i want is to know the best way to share this with the rest of the world so that no one falls for this scam of a company like I did

A good one

My shopping experience is very good. There is a lot off any stuff. The price is very good. I like gettig point from my purchases. Customer support answers very quick and useful. They can solve the issues with the order, for EU customers they can refund a tax. For me, they refunded me twice There are many SALES - so the price is lowest on the market. They share many coupons with partners - so the final price is matchless.

Best shopping experience

I'm a kind of person that has been ordering A LOT of things online for many years now, I find it easier to compare products and prices this way.

Until a few months ago I was pretty much ordering from online shops based in my country or Amazon/eBay, however this changed after I visited Gearbest, as I realized that I've been overpaying. The same items cost often 3-5x cheaper on Gearbest than on Amazon. That's pretty self-explanatory, who likes to be charged more if they can get the same thing elsewhere?

Recommended.

GearBest is a good website where you can find a lot o products with cheap prices.
My Order No: **************655 I bought a Xiaomi Mi Band 3 and I am very happy with my product, this site, like all the shopping websites, has pros and cons:

Pros: you can find a lot of products with very low prices, is very safe shopping in the website, I haven't had a problem with my orders or my credit cards and finally it ships to a lot of countries without a problem.

Cons: The customer support isn't very good, it seems like you are answered by a robot, and if you live far from asia or europe, your product will arrive very late, I live in America and my product arrive the country in 1 month 3 weeks.
But after all it is on of the best websites where you can buy online.

I love Gearbest 'cause it's cheap, but their products are great, expecially Xiaomi. I'm from Italy and this store is perfect for buying great products from China, like smartphone, earpods, scale and many others!

I bay some product from gearbest.com and relay is a super website with a very cool support staff you can refund your money to your GB Wallet and get a super gift also you can track your shipment and contact the support if you have any problem.

I bought a charger from gearbest and charged my tablet for 3 hrs when suddenly just heard a noise and started to smell like burned plastik and it destroyed my tablet, i cant turn it on anymore! Shopping from gearbest is risky!

Gearbest attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I shop in GearBest shop for a long time. I am a regular customer. Very much low prices and goods quality are pleasant. A part of cost of goods (up to 30%) can be sent points. Points can be received for feedbacks about the purchased goods. Very often there are sales at very low prices. Sending and the goods delivery to Russia prosikhodit quickly. Technical support works always, answers are given very quickly. Very much I recommend to buy in this shop. For an example here my order number W**************. It was purchased

I have made 13 orders in the last 4 months in Gearbest, mainly Xiaomi products (cellphones, bags, powebank, mouse, etc) and based in my experience I recomend this shop, proces are very competitive, there are daily available coupons so you can easy find really bargains. Sometimes you have to be patient, some of my items took two months to arrive to Spain, but I think it is not Gearbest´s fault, since Gearbest sends quite quick. I only had one issue with an item that has never arrived, Gearbest resent the item again with no further cost, so I am really happy with the support service. You can pay with Paypal without associated cost so you have further protection in your purchase. Until now I have not problems with the products quality.

And ım earned to GP every order and i can use this points to my next order :) They have too many products and too many shippment methods i like that. Excellent company to buy from

Been buying products over 2 years and have never been disappointed with the items except couple times when they did not work, contacted their customer service and problems were resolved in 24 hr's of less, free shipping (or almost free, small fee) is slow but that is to expected shipping from China to Canada and I know it's most times under a month but I don't mind waiting for the low prices

A company of fraudsters and scammers, demanding payment for the goods a second time, does not provide any evidence that the goods have been shipped. Upo requesting a refund, declare that there was no additional insurance and demand payment a second time for the same item. But there is no guarantee that you will actually receive the product. If you do, you will be asked to pay the second and third, fourth time as long as you have the money. A typical scam company. Order no. **************562

Very lame

Very bad experience with Gearbest...

Received my order with a defective item (shirt that needed repair), 3 options were gived to me, I chose the one that I keep the shirt and pay for repair and gearbest put money (half of the shirt worth) in my GB wallet, they never did it... It's been more than a month and half... (They fixed that problem)

Still waiting for my other order made the 22 of september, still not arrived and we are the 2 of november... 19 nov (almost 2 month) package still didn't delivered... (But they refunded me)

They offering me a gift of 500 points = 10$, but the catch is, the points can only been used for 30% of the item value... So you cannot order only with points, so you have to pay the rest with your money... AND they asking me to give a better review on this site...

I started with 1 star, I gave 2 now, for the refund...

Come back to 1 Star becase I've never received my order made the 22 of september.

This site is the worst ever compared to Amazon.
