I really like the prices and flash-sales. Fast shipping in good. Support is very competent and friendly. Many products of interest for me.

I purchased eight (8) light bulbs from them, four (4) were DOA. The order took four (4) weeks to arrive. The quality of the bulbs, they are cheaply made. They are E27,110 VAC dimmable LED bulbs. Three (3) separate correspondence with them, they ask for pictures or videos and to restate the problem. Ridiculous, these are screw in light bulbs that are DOA. They clearly try to frustrate you so you won't respond. I should have done a bit more homework on this company before I placed an order with them. I will now have to open a ticket with Paypal, another big pain, to see If I can get a refund. Be warned, do business at your own risk.

I bought a Bayangtoys quadcopter from this site. The goods arrived within 2 weeks and I immediately began to test it indoors. Within 5 minutes the item became defective. The remote controller would not pair with the quadcopter and it just emitted a high pitched screeching noise. I mailed the supplier Gearbest and opened a dispute ticket telling them what the problem was. They sent me a query which I attempted to answer and I attached a short video I had taken showing the problem. I attempted to send this more than 10 times but each time I got error messages saying the site was not available or the dispute ticket had been closed.! I have given the company money for an item which does not work.
Since writing this review the company have been in contact with me via mails which I have responded too. They are now offering me a refund of full money paid for the goods, provided I update this review.The company have now given me a full refund.

I have been using the Gearbest for 6 months. I have used different Chinese shopping websites before but Gearbest is really best because they sent my all products. Also there is point system which you can earn points if you write reviews, upload product' s pictures and videos for your order. 50 points equal 1 dollar. In generally I use the Gearbest to buy xiaomi products and they sell original goods. You can trust them. Usually they ship by cargo my products within 3-5 days and my order arrives to me in 17-22 days. Besides their website is user friendly. I able to find easily what I search and their costumer service answer back to you fastly. I'm planning to buy more products but I need to save money for a while. I really happy with Gearbest. I ordered several items from GearBest, every one arrived as described within month ( that is normal shipping time from China to my country) and in state as described. I did not have any problems with paying or canceling orders.
Site has great deals from time to time so i managed to get samsung 32gb microsd card for half a price it costs in my country.

I have been shopping from Gearbest since almost 1 year and I have made more than 10 orders so far.
I have been very satisfied with the support of the shop and the response of their custommer center. So I fully recommend it.
Most of the times my order have arrived within 10 days (with registered delivery) and without any issue. It has been only 1 time that the product I ordered was faulty and I received full refund for that.

My advice for future buyers is to always(!) take a video during unboxing of your order in order to have it as proof i n case of faulty products. Also, be careful with the availability of the products you want to order in order to avoid long delays. Products that have 1-2 pieces left are usually out of stock and it is not mentioned by the website.
