I purchased eight (8) light bulbs from them, four (4) were DOA. The order took four (4) weeks to arrive. The quality of the bulbs, they are cheaply made. They are E27,110 VAC dimmable LED bulbs. Three (3) separate correspondence with them, they ask for pictures or videos and to restate the problem. Ridiculous, these are screw in light bulbs that are DOA. They clearly try to frustrate you so you won't respond. I should have done a bit more homework on this company before I placed an order with them. I will now have to open a ticket with Paypal, another big pain, to see If I can get a refund. Be warned, do business at your own risk.

I bought a Bayangtoys quadcopter from this site. The goods arrived within 2 weeks and I immediately began to test it indoors. Within 5 minutes the item became defective. The remote controller would not pair with the quadcopter and it just emitted a high pitched screeching noise. I mailed the supplier Gearbest and opened a dispute ticket telling them what the problem was. They sent me a query which I attempted to answer and I attached a short video I had taken showing the problem. I attempted to send this more than 10 times but each time I got error messages saying the site was not available or the dispute ticket had been closed.! I have given the company money for an item which does not work.
Since writing this review the company have been in contact with me via mails which I have responded too. They are now offering me a refund of full money paid for the goods, provided I update this review.The company have now given me a full refund.
