Ordered on Gear Best 04/08/2019. Order No.: **************399. Arrived in a protective air box, the smartphone itself is still in one, the safety does not raise questions, inside the soft pupyrka, all in time. One of the best in my opinion smartphones, Xiaomi redmi 7a. For all my life I changed a lot of them, and Samsungs and IPhones were, but to this day I leave my choice on the products of this company. Everyone is satisfied with everything that modern man needs.
It is very good, plastic back, which like aluminum is cold hand. Huge screen, very bright and very juicy. The camera deserves a separate word, 13mp sensor, it seems to be not much, but it does not need more. For that price, it has everything for a good smartphone, work phone or gaming tool, who as uses it. Cold hand. 3000 mAh keep it for a whole day and more.

Thieves. I paid for a phone for my son's Birthday gift that was never shipped to me, never refunded and never received notice that it was out of stock upon ordering. When I contacted customer service 2 weeks after placing the order and it not being received I had no response then after threatening to send matter to my lawyer they offered to send a different item but told me it was my responsibility to follow up on orders and I had to fight to get tracking and order information on the second order!

The Gearbest online tracking system stated the order didn't exist, but the phone cases on the same order somehow arrived without the phone.

When I told the rep Gearbest screwed up (after sending him clear documentation proving so) he denied any mistake being made and debated the issue with me.

I have never seen an error handled with such carelessness and disregard for brand trust.

Gearbest took payment, but did not send my phone, did not refund, did not voluntarily follow up on my order, and if not for stating I'd seek legal intervention on the order error it points that Gearbest would have kept my money without fulfilling their obligation.
That is indeed theft and nothing less than poor ethical business practices.

I bought a Xiaomi mi 8 from gearbest just over 11 months ago, the phone is having a catastrophic failure and cannot be used at all (it is a paper weight at the moment). The phone has a free warranty repair for 1 year but after sending through information and photos of the problem i had with the phone I was told the phone cannot be fixed and I can keep the phone and they will send through a partial refund of $100 USD when I bought the phone new for $465 USD.

I told them that if this phone was repaired for free I could sell it for at least $300 USD second hand, so by them not repairing it i'm losing a lot of money for a phone I've used less than 10 months before the failure.
They do not want to repair the phone and saying they cant do anything about it.

They have recently offered $150 USD but like i said to them this is still far from the price I could sell it second hand if they had it repaired as it is still under warranty.

My first review was for a buy that I made 1 year ago. Since then, as I told to my past review, I made 7 more orders! Everytime I find a big variety to choose from. The choices I have in this store are very wide, from very cheap to expensive ones. The description of every product is very detailed and the price, compared to other similar stores very good.
I chose for shipment Registered Shipment so I can track my orders. I received all my orders within the range of estimation I had when I ordered, more closely to the minimum days. I said estimated time 15-30days and I received my orders in about 20-22 days. The customer support is superb and truly willing to help. When I am looking to buy something I need I go straight to Gearbest.
I will definitely buy again from Gearbest.
