My fuego booties from FASHION NOVA just arrived yesterday and I got to wore them today on our company trip. My co-workers love it.
This review is about Fashion Novas service and not the physical clothing (as I still havent received it 7 business days after placing the order to Canada). The company had ridiculous customer service hold times (45 mins to 2 hours, regardless of when you call). Ive called 8 times in the past 3 business days and 5 times it was disconnected. I placed an order on Oct 1st for my Oct 12th trip and when I called a few days after placing the order, I was told that it had been shipped and I would receive it in a day or 2. I realized a day after that I still hadnt received tracking info, so I put aside a chunk of my day to call back. I was then provided with tracking info. Finally, today I thought it was odd that there was no change to the tracking infomation on the UPS site, so called UPS. The customer service rep there informed me that Fashion Nova had only sent them the billing label and no package. I tried to call fashion nova 4 times today and after 20 mins of waiting each time, it was disconnected from their end. On the phone, they tell you to reach their customer service through the email for updates, I would suggest not listening again to that as they do not reply. This has even made my entire trip planning a stressful experience. My suggestions would be to better train your staff, to update delivery times on your site so that consumers could avoid making somewhat last minute purchases (although 8 business days should be more than enough time to ship from the US to Toronto Canada), and please update your phones system! They are TERRIBLE. I will never shop from here again due to my first experience. Hope this review helps Canada shoppers.

So, let me start by saying how excited I was about ordering from Fashion Nova. I placed 2 separate orders back to back. I received my first package and loved everything. The second package, I wasn't to happy with 3 out of 5 things I orderd. So I sent them back. Firstly, i didnt like that after spending all that money, you have to pay for shipping. Secondly, the policy states that after 5-7 business days a E-Gift will be emailed to you. IT NEVER HAPPENED! They claimed they never received my package, which per my tracking number from the post office, it was delivered 2 days after i shipped it! Customer service is horrible because its via email! And its days after you write them. Also, its several different people, never the same. They ask you to send pictures, tracking numbers and order numbers! Like, how dont you have this information already! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY 75 DOLLAR CREDIT OR SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON! I DID A REVIEW ON MY INSTAGRAM AND THEY BLOCKED ME! BE SMART. SHOP ELSEWHERE. I ASK THAT EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD ISSUES WITH RECEIVING THERE PRODUCT OR MONEY/E-GIFT CARD GO ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS AND BLAST THIS MEDIOCRE STORE! I purchased a replica from their website it took 5 days to make and 4 days for shipping which is SUPER FAST!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
