I ordered a few weeks back never received anything. Try to call and # not working that they gave me. Tracking # you can't track because all they did was just print a label which means it was never shipped. I went on Instagram to ask about it and was deleted then blocked. They message they post are a repeated message. So disappointed
I placed a order on Nov29th and paid over $75 which is the minimal in order to get FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING. A LABEL WAS CREATED ON DEC 1ST (which they have the ability to do from their house, warehouse etc without actually shipping anything). Needless to say that its DEC8th and I have no package, after reading other reviews looks as though i wont be getting my order either. So Im just out of money and they have extra clothes to be sold to others and they just made double maybe triple the price on stuff they are not sending out. Not to mention i emailed multiple times and called no response this sucks I WILL NEVER ODRER from here again!
I ordered $114 worth of stuff on the 30th of November. I got an email on the 2nd of December stating it was shipped... Here it is the 8th... No shipment and they keep blaming USPS. USPS has no record of the item. I also was depending on this for my bday this Saturday because I spent my money on these clothes for my outfit! Now I am sitting here with no clothes and my party is Saturday. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life! They don't try to help anyone because if you go to their instagram page there are thousands of people being treated the same as me. Comments deleted, no real answer for the delay, no estimated time frames, and they turned their customer service phone line off. Offering us another 30% discount code is not going to fix the damage that has been done. Also this season comes around every year yet they can't fix this issue but have people working 24/7... This is poor customer service. They run around the issue and give generic answers to everyone. Birthday RUINED. Thanks fashion nova. I will never order from them again.

There horrible don't ever purchase from I hope they go out of business there stuff is cheap anyways don't shop there. There policies are ridiculous. I had a order and I was supposed to receive it 2 days didn't get anything. Emailed them about and said it was lost! I request my money back because I didn't receive merchandise and they refused there policy on states they will give store credit if you RETURN OR EXCHANGE not receive it and they just went on doing what ever they felt was good for them. Whatever you do don't shop there, very unprofessional can't even talk to anyone.

I find it so funny they keep passing the blame on to usps not updating their system and it requires "24-48hs to update" when the package, well at least mine says usps is waiting to receive the item. ( SINCE LAST WEEK!) So unprofessional to not own up to the fact that it's the company's mistake not the postal service! I also did receive a package from 2 weeks ago and to only find out one of the items where not available but they charged me for it and still haven't given me a refund or store credit! My most recent order was for an even coming up and since they still haven't shipped then i'll be contacting the bank to have the charges reversed!

I ordered over $400 worth of items for a vacation trip, label created on 12/2 as of now no update on tracking, so a label was created but obviously my package never shipped USPS has never had such a gap in updating shipments. This company needs to get it together to handle mass volume's of orders and timely shipping, chaged me but I don't even know where my order is or even when I'll get it. I bought 3 items worth $71 on Black Friday just got my order today 12-7-16 I was super excited to try them on I had bought the "While You Wait Jacket"sizeM, it fit me super small around the arm pit area it's a very pretty jacket it's just the sowing is just not right/:

So the first time I ordered from FN I was told 2 day shipping on a $300 order. I received in 4 days. Also I did not get the boots I purchased (accidentally ordered 2) later informed they were out of stock. Ok so I received a 10% code (big whoop) ordered again after cyber Monday think I ordered Tuesday... it is now going on Thursday and I have yet to receive my items. My tracking order says shipping label created 12/2. Its 12/7 no changes. It's still in CA. Received an email about several days delay due to cyber Monday and a 30% code. Not enough. No answer when u call. I'm just highly disappointed.

Wow, my story is pretty much the same as all of the horrible reviews. Ordered just one pair of high-waisted jeans on 11/30 for $34.95 with 10% off on Cyber Monday, paid the $6 for standard shipping... they charged my card immediately but I didn't even get an update for shipping until 2 days later. I thought I was receiving my package in 2 days, bad sign! So now, more than a week later, no shipping updates and it appears my package still in "Pre-Shipment" status. It's coming from LA, seriously, what the heck. At this point I don't know if I will even receive my package, if I don't in the next 5 days I will be contacting my credit card to have a reversal for fraud.
I ordered a similar pair of high waisted jeans on Amazon, received in 2 days Prime and no issues... they were $20 more but worth the peace of mind! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible. Just horrible!

DON'T DO IT. - I know it's advertised all over Instagram but there is no in between with them. You either get really good service or horrible.
First off their phone line doesn't work it's impossible to get ahold of someone.
Second they offer two day shipping which is a lie. I ordered stuff Sunday, and expected my stuff today ( I live an hour and 5 minutes away from their HQ). I could have gone and picked the items up myself.
Third -- THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS-- even if it was their fault they don't give refunds only store credit. I've asked around to friends online and some of them never got their package and fashion nova refused to give a refund and some took a whole month to get their money back.

They sent me an email saying they shipped Monday night at 10:53pm, when I check the so called tracking number it only says " shipping label created " which means they haven't shipped out anything. While checking the status of my order on their website it says shipped. I called USPS and the lady told me that the whole "wait 48 hours for the tracking to update " is not true. Fashion nova offers 2 day shipping for a flat rate of 6 dollars on priority mail. Which is faster than regular mail. So THEY LIED. She told me they haven't recieved my package BUT fashion nova has sent them a notification saying they will drop stuff tonight and if they do I will be receiving my stuff thursday. FASHION NOVA IS LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. If they had a better way of contacting their costumers I would think differently. Not to mention other girls have gotten the same saying USPS is still waiting on their item. It isn't fair to advertise two day shipping and not do it. This company is a failure. Also if you leave a review on their website lower than a 5 stars. They will delete it.

I've had some other orders sent right away and my last also a black Friday has yet to come and same problem as other people they put that it's shipped and usps says they haven't received it. EVEN WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING! If you call right now it's not even the fashion nova recording some person accidently changed it and it's two random people talking about a video message. I placed an order on Dec. 1st. Received an email that it shipped on Dec 3rd. It's now Dec. 7 I've checked with USPS and there is NO updated shipped information. A tag was created by the shipper, but USPS has YET to receive the package. I emailed the company on Dec 6th and today Dec 7 I received a generic response from Fashion Nova. A response that look like the company send to ALL their customers. I don't want a generic response to this review. It looks like whoever is responding is sending the same dumb response to everyone's review. I ordered these items in hopes of receiving them before Christmas. I ordered from Fashion Nova once and the items arrived on time but some of the items did not fit. I paid to send them back because they do not do exchanges or free return shipping. I reordered the items and paid for two day shipping expecting it to arrive as advertised. It is December 7th and my order was put in Nov 29th.
They have horrible customer service. They pretend to have a phone line, however every time you call, you get an answering machine telling you they are too busy to pick up and will not check voicemails. They encourage you to email them and reply to emails whenever they feel like it.
I have to say they get a 5 for mistreating customers. I wonder if this business is a front... If you get money from enough people and actually do not send the items but issue credit instead so they can reorder you make off with giant loan and no interest...

I always order from Fashion Nova and usually have no problems, until my recent order. I ordered on 11/29 and paid for the expedited shipping and still have not received my items. The shipping label is created but not shipped out. I have an event coming up this Friday and I needed the clothes to wear to that event. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
