I purchased 2 dresses and they were both wrong! I got them for special occasions like a ballroom party and a reception party and both my event were ruined. One dress was really not my fit, I am a very small individual and I ordered one size up (M) but the dress was still tight, it came with a belt but the loops to pull through the belt were ripped off. The dress itself was very cheap material. It was a total turn off. The second dress was totally wrong dress. It was nothing was I ordered. I had ordered Katyln Sequins dress and they sent me Shayna Sequin Dress. If you search them both you can tell they are very different dresses. When I emailed for refund they gave me 1 line replies like. Send us the pic... and the final reply was to fill out a card which indicates why I am returning the dress and they will give me a STORE CREDIT and not to mention I had to send the dress back AT MY COST. I had to pay for an error which was not even mine. LIKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAKE... offer to pay for the shipping.,. I had no role in your error and yet I had to be out of money? Like for what? For choosing you guys?. Weelllll then I guess I wont in the future. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS you are probably better off paying few bucks extra and buying clothing from a reputable place than FASHION NOVA... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I have received my package from Fashion Nova and I am very satisfied with both the products and the delivery service.
Placed an order from Fashion Nova that was over $75, which qualifies your order for free shipping. One of the items was sold out, although it continues to show that it is still available to purchase on FN website. FN sent me an email stating the cash return that was to be issued to me and shipped everything I ordered but that one item that I was informed out of stock. Not only I was advised to not reorder the item but was lied to/mislead and issued a credit of my remaining balance. I considered using the credit and emailed FN that I was being charged again for shipping and was given an apology for my experience and issued an adjustment credit for shipping cost. Unfortunately, I was emailed from FN that the item I wanted to purchase with my cash refund/credit, was sold out also. So, again, Im inconvenienced and have to make another selection. Now, I'm a bit disappointed but not upset until I make a selection and I email FN to inform them that I was still charged for shipping with my cash refund or credit, although I shouldn't because I made a qualifying purchase to receive free shipping for the items I ordered. I received an email from "Brittany"-FN stating that the free shipping was courted of Fashion Nova not because of my qualifying purchase amount (WRONG) and yet refuse to cover my shipping not issue my refund... the items I ordered were poor quality and correspondence with customer service was poor as well. I don't have to make a complaint about the product, but I will complain about their customer service. At this point, I am disappointed, dissatisfied, and disgusted with nasty emails sent to me. They must do better!

I ordered 10 items on black Friday and the following day I ordered 2 more items.
They didn't even start processing my order until 2 weeks later.
When I finally did receive my order, it was the second order I placed for the two items. I received the order that I placed second. Before the first order of 10.
The two item were perfect but when I finally got my first order of 10... THERE WERE ONLY 8 ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE!
So I emailed Fashion Nova, since you can not call them...
They finally responded three days later letting me know that the 2 items I did not receive were out of stock...(why wouldn't you say that before charging me)
And that they were going to give me a refund, and I should see the refund within 5-7 business days (weird but okay)
SIDE NOTE: When I sent them the email I sent the a picture of the 10 items I ordered and then the package label which only shows 8 items.
Now it is DECEMBER 24th and they are just now emailing me back asking for the pictures of the packaging label showing that I did not receive them and then they will work on processing an email.
MIND YOU THEY SAID ALREADY THAT THEY WERE ALREADY PROCESSING MY FREAKING REFUND!
I would let them keep this money to donate. To pay for better customer reps but they got celebrities endorsing this dumb company.
It's like all the plastic from their bodies went to their brain.

Another side note: they do have cute clothes but they try to steal money from you which is not worth the headache.

I ordered Fashionnova jeans because I heard such great reviews about them. I tracked my package excited about it's arrival. When I received the notification that my item had been delivered, to my dismay I arrived at my apartment to see that my mailbox was empty. Since it was late, I figured it was dropped off at the apartment office. The next day, I go to my apartment office twice and my item was no where to be found. I contacted the post office that gave me inquiry number only to tell me that they have it listed as delivered. I called the post office back, for which I was told to file a claim. At the same time, I reached out to Fashionnova in hopes they would understand what is going on, and maybe just resend the item. Instead, I was told that they need a denied claim. I received a phone call on Monday, that post office can not do anything about my item, and if the carrier left it at the wrong box, then it's no longer their responsibility. I emailed Fashionnova with my entire dilemma. All day, I did not receive any notification or return email. I then decided to call. I spoke to a very nice young lady and as sweet as she was, only offered me a promo code. Granted, I appreciate her attempt to try her best to resolve my issue, however she was denied. I only asked for my item to be reshipped because I needed by Friday and they were not even willing to do that. I work in customer service and the sign of a good company that cares about the people they serve should go above and beyond. Especially if it is not at the fault of the customer. I provided claim ids, screen shots of my claim, and reference numbers to my claim, as proof that I'm not just trying to score free jeans. I just want the item that I paid for or my money back. I do not understand why this is difficult. Looking at some of the reviews, I see I'm not the only one. Sadly, I had planned my next outfit that was well over 100 worth of clothing. I am so disappointed on how difficult it is, to do something that is right by the customer.

I ordered from Fashion Nova over a month ago and never received my package, I called USPS and they said they would call me back and never did, I emailed Fashion Nova and they told me to file a missing mail claim on USPS' website so I did, USPS sent me an automatic email back with no information other than that they received my claim, so I emailed Fashion Nova and they infromed me that I would have to wait 30 days for USPS to search for it anf that USPS would handle it from that point on and basically that they're not responsible at all. They later sent me an email asking me to make a review on their website, I did, a negative one that they did not post. I made another negative review wgich was also not posted. I emailed them again asking if they only posted reviews that would make them look good and they sent me an email saying they would direct my question to the appropriate area and never responded. I then filed an insurance claim with USPS which was denied the same day that it was filed when the search for my missing mail hasn't even been completed. They spent no time at all reviewing my insurance claim because according to them I've received my package. I would not spend over a month emailing and calling and stressing over a 23 dollar shirt if I had already received it. I will never order anything from them ever again, they don't take responsibility for the company that they choose to ship their products and they do not care about their customers.

Fashion Nova: When the fashion Nova started at the beginning the designs for men were beautiful, but today the designs of men 90% are horrible.
I ordered outfits bikinis jeans you name it! To Celebrate my 21st birthday and no matter the weather i was going to look flawless... OR SO I THOUGHT. I never received my package and when I called Fashion Nova they advised me to look for the package in the bushes and around the building and advised that they have no responsibility to ensure the package is delivered. Then urged me to wait one week from when it was delivered/shipped even thought I tracked the package and it clearly stated when and were and what day it was delivered... I waited, to then have fashion nova advise me to "take it up" with UPS and I did they filed a claim and stated after investigation that according to the website it was delivered therefore i should have it therefore they are not assisting any further.
Fashion nova claims that once you make your payment they have nothing to do with the package they just get the clothes they do not claim responsibility or assist you with stolen, lost, damaged or returned goods. SO I GOT ROBBED 300$ for MY 21st birthday and never got my money or my clothes shipped I AM DISGUSTED W FASHION NOVA and hope you guys dont let them come up on your money and steal like they stole from me... BTW I live in a white neighborhoods with locks per door so theres no way the package was stolen and my manager sent video footage during the day of delivery and no package ever arrived. FASHION NOVA MAY LOOK GREAT WITH GREAT CLOTHES BUT THE ARE THE SLEAZIEST MOTHER$#*!ERS ALIVE

The one piece swimsuit I ordered from FN is fiercely sexy but it's also great because it doesn't reveal my boobs with every wave.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
