It was love at first sight, I remember. Their apparels and fashion dresses are simply the best and they are perfect for my looks even without makeup. The shipping time and delivery service is pretty decent and would suggest to make it more faster but overall, I love them cause they make me look gorgeous *winks*

What a great time i had on fashion nova. I ordered a pair of tight/fit blue jeans for my everyday day use and upon arrival, the package came right in front of my doorstep. It wasn't in a fancy box but whatever, the important is the content. The jeans was just like what I expected and as seen on their site. Heck im really satisfied with their service. Im now in love with Fashion Nova!

I keep hearing ranting and raving about Fashionnova and how they are so excellent however I beg to differ. I ordered from them once, paid for the 2 day shipping and it came almost a week later so I said okay, shipping is just off but my order was fulfilled so I decided to give them another chance. I recently placed another order for quite a few things and the purpose of my order was to specifically have 2 sweaters to wear for my sisters birthday this weekend. I received an email stating that my order has shipped and realized the sweaters in which I bought, and not to mention I also bought 2 pairs of shoes, a scarf and hat to wear with was not in my order that was shipped and I see in small tiny writing that I will be credited for items that didnt appear so why the hell didnt they state online that they were no longer in stock before I placed the order? And why can I still place an order for the same sweater and size? They are a freaking scam and should be banned from fulfilling orders to anyone. They took my money knowing that they would have to send me a store freaking credit (gift card). I should be refunded not given a store credit for the items they know they didnt have in stock. They can send the gift card and sad to say for me, it will never be used. I will just take this L because Fashionnova is full of $#*!.
First time i ordered an outfit that was suppose to be true to size but it was not it was too little! I ordered another outfit 4 days in advance which i paid for 2day shipping and still did not receive my purchase on time. I tried calling but could not get anyone over the phone my call kept being forwarded to an automatic voice system. When i emailed them they emailed me back days later and my problem still was not solved. I was told that i would receive updates on my order but i never did. I would not recommend ordering for them unless you know for sure about the product and order way ahead of time!
Ive purchased clothes from Fashion Nova before with no issues. I keep waiting to see if my order has been shipped but still, after 7 days... nothing. I spent $195.00 and Im afraid my items shipping will be completely backed up after Black Friday if it isnt shipped soon.
Fashion Nova is currently trying to scam me. I purchased two items and they said it had been shipped. A week later I got the stupid gift card. When they finally got in contact with me they said it's because they can't ship to my address? (new Zealand). What use is a gift card if I can't ship anything to my address? They also didn't refund my shipping! I want my money in my account!
Another job well done with my transaction with fashion nova and as always,, they never did disappoint me... my story is, I've ordered two pieces of lingerie and same two pieces of shirts. All of them are expected to arrive in 2 days and they totally did! Faster and more reliable than the others.
