I'm a girl who loves preparing. So, this time I have decided to look for some elegant looking jackets that I can use when the cold nights comes. I have been a regular customer of fashion nova and I have remembered that they offer jackets all year round! I have ordered like 3 of then since I basically love them. Package arrived 3 days upon my ordering process and now I have them in my closet, really fast and now im prepared for winter!

So by saying that, It is without a doubt that I would really order something from them. I proceeded to the checkout process which was pretty smooth compared to other sites I have tried. I have shopped from fashion nova a few time prior to my terrible experience... LAST WEEK I bought over 75$ worth of clothing from their website. That automatically send you to free 2 day shipping, 3 DAYS after already paying for my clothes I get an email with a gift card for one of my items that went out of stock. Why let me buy if It was out of stock... even worse why 3 days later. I was being proactive with my shopping and did It over a week in advance so It would get here on time. And regularly with fashion nova It does. The other items I bought were good for delivery and scheduled to come on time. They were supposed to be here a few days ago just to get another email delaying my purchase until Friday... I get that its a holiday season but I did this in advance and there shouldnt be guaranteed 2 day shipping when its been over a week and still Ive received nothing. I wont be buying clothes from here again...

So just 4 days ago, i was there, on fashion nova's site seeking for some dope dress I can show off to everybody cause I really like grabbing everyone's attention haha. I have spotted it! A pretty maroon dress that I bet will really suit me. The item description was on point the the site provided enough infos for me as a customer. -forward- Unboxing time! So just 2 days ago, the item arrived and boy, I was really excited about it. It's always been like this for me, forgive me haha. So I quickly inspect it and wore it and voila! Im an instant attention grabber! Can't thank fashion nova enough, keep it up!

One shop or an online shop rather that caught my attention is this site, Fashion. Nova. Their site is particularly accessible for almost anyone who wants to make orders from them. The delivery or shipping service was also good, took them 2-3 days to deliver my desired items which is why I completely trust them with my items. Applause!

I want to give zero star if I can, Buyers beware! So on 8/23 some clothes Ive ordered was delivered from this website, however instead of sending me the set name Sleepless Night Distressed, they sent me two of the same tops! Soon after I emailed them on 8/29 regarding this issue and wishing it can get resolved. I waited days and never gotten any reply from them but the automatic reply. Therefore I finally decided maybe I should just order the skirt again, since I desperately wanting it, and sent back the the top with the postage receipt inside, so it would make sense to them. My nightmare begins right after, I did not receive the part of the credit which I paid for the return. And of course Ive messaged them many times after that! On sep 15! More than 2 weeks later, I finally received an email from them telling me they need a picture of the return postage receipt in order to issue the credit! The same receipt which I didnt keep and it was send to them in the same package! I mean not like I took a airplane to LA and return the package! And they have the hard copy of the receipt! I understand its not a lots of money, however its the principle, that this is so wrong! After emailing them many many times and months later in November, they finally decided to take this to the upper management and give me the credit back, which they shouldve done in the first place.

I am not a fashion nova user since just recently. Just last week, when looking for a fashionable jacket or coat i decided to try out their store because i have been seeing some positive reviews. Upon checkout, I delicately inspected my item on site and was expecting a lot from them and fast forward to my item got delivered... i can say that their products are way beyond other online shops out there. Their shipping promises 2 days and it's completely free! Really looking forward for another order.
